Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDusty in lamp’s, broken side light in one of our rooms and some lighting not working. Parking is very limited(but I do understand it is in the middle of town centre) and if you are a light sleeper vents are loud in rooms when AC is on, this could be an issue for some(not for me).
Friendly and helpful staff, very generous sized rooms and nice decor. Great value for money and good location in the heart of town centre.

United KingdomUnfortunately our room overlooked a very busy and noisy nightclub which made sleep difficult. Only two pillows on the bed so could have done with more.
Lucky to get the last space in their small car park. Staff member on reception when we arrived was friendly and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
