Can't fault the house or host.

Very nice house with two bathrooms, the fans were a welcome touch as it was very humid at night. Nice outside seating area and bar.The location was fantastic 5 mins walk into the countryside and 5 to mins to shops and the many bars and restaurants of Witney which is a lovely town.

If I’m being very picky - summer bedding would be great and help with the comfort factor when sleeping.

The location was excellent - close to the town / amenities. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. The courtyard being a spotlight which was perfect for our dog but also to sit in the evening - felt secluded and very peaceful. It was really warm during our stay so we were grateful for the fans provided.

Cost of bringing a dog wasn’t clear until after booking. £50 extra charge for 2 nights felt a little high given the cleaning fee already included.

The house was perfect for our weekend break. It was clean, comfortable and modern with everything we needed and the location was ideal for making the most of Witney. Communication from the host was great and check-in was simple.

We loved the shutter blinds, however for someone who prefers complete darkness when sleeping, they did let in a lot of light. However, that’s just personal preference. Next time I’d bring a sleeping mask.

Very clean and nicely decorated, everything we needed was there and also a great location. We didn’t really use the bar but it looked great. All the beds were comfy, lovely warm shower and bath, lots of towels and shampoo/conditioner/soap/moisturiser. The property also a nice temperature. We parked round the back which was straight forward. If we were to come back to the area we would definitely stay here again. Hosts were friendly and in touch when we arrived. We didn’t need their assistance during our stay but we knew we could contact them if we needed to.

Everything you’d need was provided - the entertainment area was a great touch. The photos don’t do this place justice! Location was perfect, less than a 5 mins walk to shops and lovely walks. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout - thank you!

The shower wouldn’t go hot and the floors upstairs are quite creaky so you hear a lot. Also no toiletries included apart from soap which would have been nice

We had an issue with the Internet the first night, but we messaged the host, and we managed to sort it out 👍🏼 Just an observation, the spare room on the top floor had a cot in it, but if there was an option of a single bed that would be good to save a friend sharing a bed 😀

Nothing ... even parking, although on the roadside was easy and we had 3 vehicles.

Great communication with the host. Property location to Witney with all the facilities you would need shops provisioning pubs restaurants. Easy transport via bus to Oxford. Save trying to park. And £2 each way! House was delightful with tasteful and imaginative decor. Great bar and outside dining space. Although better in the warmer months (we visited in October). Everything you would need towels hand soap dw tabs even tea coffee etc.

Great interior design, easy to get to and find, beds are very comfy and the towels are lovely and soft. Close to the town centre

I might have missed it, but the amount of stairs wasn’t listed on the advert and is described as an apartment so we had grandparents climbing two flights of stairs which was ok, but some might not be able to manage

We really liked the location, the house is well decorated and they provided enough basics like loo roll to last us our stay

We did have some issue with the WiFi for the TV so had to hotspot. Might have just been us though and didnt impact our stay. Not being from the area we didn't know what recycling went in what bin out the back, would be handy to have that somewhere as it varies so much between councils.

The house was really comfortable and a great location for us. Having a full sized cot and baby/toddler room was fantastic. The sky light in there had a really effective black out blind so no need for travel blackouts. Quiet street, close to everything we needed, shops, parks, main roads etc
