Everything was superb during our stay. Excellent communication prior to our arrival, we knew where to park and how to get into the premises. The owners were very helpful and attentive. Our room was as described, very clean, tea/coffee making, fresh water and even home made cake. The breakfast was wonderful, very good choice, lots of it and good ingredients.. We walked up Pen-y-fan which is only a 10 minute drive. We also had 2 very good meals in Brecon, The Brecon tandoori and especially The Hop inn Gin bar which served superb tapas.

Nothing, everything was great.

Central location with free parking. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The owner Kayt was amazing, really helpful and catered to all our needs - even lending us walking poles! Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, there were lots of choices on the menu and everything we tried was tasty. The app with hotel information was excellent, as well as giving information about the guesthouse, it had links to local restaurants, tips on what to do if it rains etc. Kayt also gave us tips on good walks and lent us walking books. Overall, it was fantastic, we loved it and were sad to leave. We’re already planning a trip back!

The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for getting to the mountains and for great local pubs and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious each day and Kayt was a wonderful host. I highly recommend The Coach House and we can’t wait to stay again!

Ceiling was a bit creaky and I could hear the occupant in the unit above as well as anytime someone would use the stairs.

Very conveniently located a ~5mins walk away from the city centre. Breakfast was amazing. Room was spacious and comfortable; the soak in the bathtub was just what we needed after a day out walking in the rain

First of all the hosts were very friendly and accommodating.They went the extra mile such a decantant A1 first class breakfast that equals any quality Hotel.This was a boutique first class B and B .They provided many extra niceties such as beautiful bannana bread chocolates a variety of teas and coffee.Everything was provided for.We will remember this lovely accomodation.Everything was quality. Organic specially soaps hand creams.The room was decorated into a relaxing room.

The Coach House was extremely clean and we were given a beautiful, light room which was spotless. There was a wide range of options for breakfast and the food was hot, perfectly cooked and very well presented (including a stencilled paprika Welsh dragon on our breakfast plate). We could come and go as we pleased and fresh milk was placed in our room every day which was very welcome after a day exploring. It was definitely service with a smile.
