Areas for Improvement: There was excess conditioner in the living room; it could be removed. An additional blanket would have been appreciated (optional as I personally prefer having an extra blanket).

Not so much a dislike but something to be aware of: The very central location means there's also quite a bit of city/tourist noise. We knew this would be the case and it didn't bother us.

Wonderful apartment in an unbeatable location! Right in the heart of beautiful Covent Garden. Perfect for our family with two toddlers. Easy walking distance to lots of attractions. The apartment is fully kitted out for a short or long stay.

The only thing that I’m not satisfied with was that the key box was far way from the apartment and hard to find it.

Everything was perfect except the key box. The location is in the center of Covent garden. There are so many restaurants and shops. The team were very responsive and helpful.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was spotlessly clean, a very comfortable apartment. Great communication from the host company. When we travel back to London we will stay there again. All in all, it was a great experience.

The temperature went above 30 degrees in London when we visited, that was the reason we booked an apartment with AC. The AC is a small device, that goes through a hole on a window in the living room. It gives some cool air, but it's not sufficient to cool the whole apartment. The cool air doesn't reach the bedroom, and it's very noisy. The apartment is noisy in general, from the busy streets around. It gets better after 11pm, but bring ear plugs! Overall cleanliness was ok, but it was dusty. Maybe the apartment hasn't been used for some time before our visit. Multiple stains on the sofa.

The location is very central, in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants. The kitchen was well furnished, if you want to cook (we did not). Salt, pepper, coffee, tee, sponge, dishwasher, shampoo, body lotion, all was there. Iron with the table was there too. Comfortable large bed. Modern apartment, good size for a couple.

You do have to pick up the keys from a separate location from a lockbox. It's not too far from the actual apartment, but with luggage etc.. a bit inconvenient. Would be nice if the lockbox was at the apartment. Given the location of the apartment, it can get loud, as it is right next door to the piazza. The windows are only single paned, so noise does travel quite well. It was only really loud one of the nights, but otherwise, was not too bad. Would suggest giving ear plugs, just in case.

You could not ask for a better location. Right in the heart of Covent Garden, near restaurants, shopping, groceries and the tube. The apartment was a good size for a one bedroom, very clean and well decorated. Very well stocked with a Nespresso machine and washer/dryer. Always had hot water, water pressure was good in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Internet worked well. Great communication with host. There were a few lights burnt out and they had maintenance come in to fix within 24 hours. Would definitely stay again.

The bedroom needs a blackout curtain. Otherwise you will wake up at 6:00AM with the sun. Also, a sound proof window and more modern would help a lot from the noise that comes from the Square or the street. If happens to be on the 3rd or 4th floor, be prerared to walk up the stair with your luggages.

Location, Location, Location. The apartment is very good and very well located. A few steps from the Covent Garden square. Close to everything in Covent Garden.

When we had an issue with the heating, the staff was very responsive but communication style was not that customer friendly.
