One negative comment, which is similar to others, was how difficult it was to have a shower without flooding the floor. A larger outdoor space with fencing would also have been great to allow the dogs a bit more freedom but the provided space was more than sufficient for them.

Excellent location, clean accommodation and friendly hosts. We were very fortunate with the weather so we were able to make the most of the beaches on the doorstep. Kitchen facilities were great and we could cook a good dinner on the second night of our stay.

There was no freezer compartment, but we got by . Our lovely hosts brought us more ice when ours ran out

Fabulous studio in a great location. Situated just out of the town centre with an easy level walk in. A bright, well appointed studio with off road parking at the side of the property. Lovely hosts, everything you could want or need for a break. One of the best apartments we have stayed at in the UK.

The den was spotless and so modern, everything was brand new so was a real treat to stay, the sea view is incredible and the bath is immense x

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa but that may be just our opinion. The comfy bed made up for it though.

Lovely apartment with the beach right on the doorstep. The hosts, Chris and Debra were lovely and offered to help with any issues. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and a good heating system that kept us nice and cosy on the cold winter weekend. There was also plenty of room for our greyhound to spread out and laze around. The standalone bath in the large bathroom is a nice touch and made a nice change from the usual shower-only options we are used to.

Beautifully decorated apartment, in the perfect location for beach walks. Everything you could need and easy check-in. Very helpful and friendly owners whilst respecting your space during the stay. Could not recommend more.

Nothing!! the Den Studio apartment was ideal for us.

The location could not have been better, just a few yards from the promenade with access to steps down to the beach and just a short stroll along the promenade to the centre of Withernsea. The apartment was self-catering with a smart, modern kitchen area with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle with tea and coffee. There isalso a large modern bathroom with bath and powerful shower head. – everything you could ask for! Also on probably the most coldest weekends of the year the apartment was lovely and warm throughout our stay. We certainly hope to return in the near future!

Front door was hard to open - sticking at the bottom, I think. TV remote control batteries were dead. Replacement batteries were also dead!

The quality of the apartment is amazing. The bath was the icing on the cake. Nice and quiet with amazing views.

We had a fantastic couple of nights at the Den. Location was amazing. Sea view which was electrifying. A lovely seafront walk allowing 18,000 steps easy to achieve. The Den was very comfortable and a nice touch with large TV and Netflix. After all the walking, we took full advantage of the lovely king size bath. We will definitely rebook in the future and recommend to all our friends and colleagues. Really pet friendly. Car parking right next to the Den. Amazing value for money.
