Very spacious and walking distance to shops and restaurant. Well equipped property. Easy checkin and very helpful host/staff.

X2 light bulbs needed replaced. Bathroom door handle does not open from unside- got locked in. Needed more than 1 large towel each. Could not get pin code for Freeview and needed to call host to get WiFi code. Host very responsive and friendly.

It was very warm in the room. In summer I think you’d definitely need a fan!

- kitchen needs to be better equipped eg. A pan or a coffee machine and more coffee or milk and potentially salt and pepper - Alexa doesn't work - needs a WiFi extension to the bedroom - bathroom flush that everyone was talking about isn't an issue

We book 2 bedroom apartment n 1 bedroom apartment , The 2 bedroom apartment - The parliament - has a awkward bathroom design, the body wash IS place next to the washing basin which IS 1.5 m away from the shower area. No shower curtain so the water splash around on marble floor which IS very slippery and can be dangerous … - place are clean , but strange we found few death flies in the kitchen … - The apartment was on second floor with no elevator , while we travel with a big suitcase - The table place infront of the 3 unit Apartments on 2 nd and infront of the staircase seems to be out of place

It has a big living Room and nice kitchen . We are allowed to check in earlier although the heater was not on until check in time and wE cant ask hey google to turn it on

Westminster 1 bed ground floor apt.with outdoor space.Lovely old building well maintained.Great parking to front of property.Great location,5 min.walk to Windermere.Apartment renovated in keeping with the history of the building but with a very modern twist . Comfy XL bed.Great large TV's in lounge and bedroom.Good walk in shower.Nice kitchen and appliances.Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond when needed.App giving all instructions from when you first book to when you leave and all instructions for the apartment was easy ,user friendly.Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

WiFi in bedroom was too weak (if you really need it on your phone while being in bed), mostly everything is alexa voice controlled (which isn't necessarily negative but the heating in living room didn't really work) and we were able to controll heating/lights/blinds in other apartments, big overhead shower head was working but the smaller one didn't, the handles for controlling the temperature in the shower where really loose. Press them in while using helped.

the light & ventilation in the bathroom switched off automatically and SHORTLY, without any manual button better remove the dried out fragrance or just refill it, the smell wasn't good at all the wifi password didn't work

Wonderful stylish Gothic but exceptionally modern apartment in the heart of Windermere. We were there on our honeymoon after the place we should have been staying at cancelled our reservation. Luckily Chris was there and available. Perfect place to stay. And the location, wow!
