Location. Facilities were good and adequate. Nice clean apartment with not too many sea guls.

The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we needed. The whole place was immaculate and the bed was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in! Will definitely be visiting again in the future :)

nothing it was great for us and we really enjoyed our stay.

what a lovely apartment. surprisingly bigger than we had expected. it was immaculately clean & very comfy. WiFi was good, the tv is a smart, we didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities as we eat out for all our meals but there was everything you would need if you wanted to cook. beds very soft but comfy, and rooms spacious. location is good, 5 min walk to the harbour and down a side street so was very quiet in the evenings. we were in bed by 9pm every night and there was no noise from outside to disturb us. check in and out super easy, keys in a lock box outside and code gave to us the night before arrival. would definitely stay here again. great that the permit given allowed us to park in a car park within walking distance for the whole of our stay for only £10.

The TV aerial was portable and the reception was poor. We had to move it around to be able to watch TV without the picture breaking up.

Nothing we did not like, but suggest possibly a handrail for the stairs down to the bedrooms, and a table lamp to soften the lighting in the living room (we brought one up from downstairs). Otherwise all was perfect, comfortable, and very good value.

The owner was very welcoming in all correspondence, and she messaged to check that all was OK after we arrived. The flat was very clean and comfortable, well equipped, and very warm as soon as we were reminded where the thermostat was to be found. The beds were very comfortable, and bathroom spacious. The flat is very near to the main town centre, within an easy walk for the bus and train station (which are adjacent to each other), yet very quiet and secluded. The information provided about the town and eateries was excellent, and there are cafes nearby for easy, convenient breakfast. The main living room is quite small, but adequate for the evenings for the 2 of us and we were out each day until mid evening as there were so many places to see, and things to do. When in, we watched some TV, including Netflix, which was great (I don't have it at home!), but the main BBC channels did not function (not really a problem though, on this kind of holiday). ITV, Channel 4 and More 4 were OK. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the bus station, where one can catch a frequent bus to nearby fishing villages such as Staithes one way (excellent food at Cod and Lobster), or Robin Hood's Bay the other way. Also near to the trains where one can go, say to villages along the Esk valley if one watches timetables carefully. The large, new Co-op is by the train station should one wish to self cater, but eating out is so easy.

Struggling to think of anything. Being Whitby parking was the only issue but we managed to pull up outside just long enough to unload before moving the car to the car park. The parking permit was really helpful.

It was central enough to be close to the shops but just far enough away to be able to avoid the noisy crowds. Loved having a cafe across the street. Perfect for breakfast.

Lovely and comfortable, very clean as well. The beds were the best I've slept in when been away. Ideal location,everything on your door step. The apartment was well equipped. Superb!

The location was great. Bedroom nice and quiet. WIFI good. 4g full bars too. Nice, clean and warm. Close, however, not too close to pubs. Parking was offered for a very reasonable price.
