We liked everything

The attention to detail and well thought out design made our stay excellent. Little things like siting the tv in the best location and ensuring the tv wires were behind the wall made my partner very happy!! Fresh milk in a sealed glass bottle rather than a carton made me happy!The bed and bedding was good quality and very comfortable. The Owner couldn't have been more helpful, offering fantastic customer service. We will definitely return.

Perhaps some blackout blinds or curtains would be useful as room very bright in the morning due to large window

Spotless, modern accommodation with kitchenette with coffee machine plus pods and teabags with milk in fridge. Very comfy bed and great to sleep on a mattress that isn't soft. Lovely rooftop terrace with outdoor seating. Great communication with Jackie re parking and access codes. Centrally located so you do expect some traffic noise especially if you have a front facing room, I was in Fuggle on the ground floor. Small SIP car park directly opposite or if you want covered parking then St Martin's Gate is a 6 min walk. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay with easy check in and gorgeous room. Jackie the host was excellent and had great communication via telephone! She Made travelling with a baby super easy ensuring a cot was available and set up for our arrival! (This was brilliant as this was a last minute booking - 2pm on the day of arrival) the decoration within the property is fabulous with all small details thought of! Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous place. Host really helpful and communicative. We were able to check in early at no extra charge. Super location, for parking or train station. Emmaculately clean. Comfy bed. Fresh milk, coffee pods and coffee machine. Shower gel provided. We thought it was superb value for money. Our friends also stayed one night and they were equally delighted.

The owner is accommodating and kind. The hotel is of a very high standard. It is stylish and chic. We slept very well as the location is very quiet and there is good soundproofing. It's very close to the train station/taxi rank, shops cafes and restaurants, and there's a small Tesco just around the corner which is open late. It was brilliant to have a fridge and kitchen area, dining table and sofa, what more could you need for a very comfortable stay. The wood garden is simply stunning and beautifully designed. Enjoyed a coffee there in the sun! We would definitely return next time we're in Worcester!

Liked everything! Stylish, spacious enough for a long weekend ( only stopped 1 night this time), very comfortable beds, good shower, tea & coffee making facilities & fresh milk. Nice wine glasses were unexpected but useful!. Outdoor seating area on first floor was lovely. Only a few minutes walk to amenities.

Everything was exceptional about this property. Rooms were ready on arrival. Good upfront communication on the check in procedure and door codes. Beautiful decor with a small area for making snacks and refreshments. Includes a fridge stocked with milk. Coffee machine and kettle. The location is perfect for exploring Worcester.

Nothing could be better - it was perfect in every way!

It was beautifully decorated and a real home from home!! Even a small bottle of fresh milk to go with the tea bags and coffee! The attention to detail was amazing. Will definitely return. Wonderful!

There is nothing to improve the property, it was perfect.

The self-contained room had everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay. It was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at and finished to a very high spec. The bed was extremely comfortable and although the property is located on a road, you could hardly hear the traffic. The location was great and was just a few minutes walk from the city centre.
