Beautifully presented, every amenity you could wish for and silent as at night. John and the team were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely decked area outside the back through the French windows.

Our only disappointment was that there was no freezer facility, but the landlord was most helpful in putting our ice blocks in his freezer. Also the water in the shower wasn't hot enough for our liking, but that would'nt be everyone's preference. However these are not complaints as they fade into insignificance compared to the outstanding quality of the accommodation and the service. They are just observations on our part and we would definitely book there again without hesitation.

It was a beautiful place in a fantastic tranquil setting, perfect for us. The food was amazing and my husband loved the craft beer made on tthe premises. It was great value for money. The host couldn't have beeen more helpful, very accommodating with whatever we asked for.

We had some difficulties connecting to wi-fi - seems to be a Samsung issue. Didn't affect our stay in any way and host tried best to get us on another network

Beautiful accommodation. Lots of unusual features and stunning bed that was incredibly comfortable (please note, its a little high, but footstool if needed - I personally loved the height) Lovely small decked area for own use overlooking the garden. Well equipped kitchen including pod coffee machine with plenty of supplies. Bathroom absolutely gorgeous with feature sink and large shower head. The pub itself is lovely and brews its own beer which was excellent. Good food in small restaurant (recommend you book ahead) Host couldnt do enough for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay

I stayed third time in this facility and it was excellent, like always. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated room with well equipped, modern kitchenette and lovely outside sitting area. I will be definitely booking again.

We picked this for the quiet location (and the quirky room) and the first night we stayed was super windy. Nothing the host could have done about it which is why we didn't mention it but the wind caused the outside flaps of the bathroom extractor fan to rattle all night long which did impact on our sleep. However, the second night, with no wind was super peaceful and we slept very well.

The location is outstanding. The apartment has everything in it you could need and the instruction folder was appreciated. The armchairs were an added bonus, the bed amazing as was the rainfall shower. Excellent host and wonderful pub/restaurant with tasty food.

Landlord was a great and explained all features of room upon arrival. The food was exceptional with great service at the restaurant. Would definitely recommend: cosy, clean, and a few hidden features ;)

My only problem was wifi - but that might have been my laptop. John tried his best to get me connected.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a fabulous place. I'm staying there again for sure - as many times as I can justify it with my job. Decor is sublime (should be showcased on TV as so much history in the furnishings), views lovely, very comfortable apartment. Hosts were brilliant. Loved watching the sheep in the field from verandah, as well as all of the birds. Love the fire screen greeting on the telly!

The property was everything it was described to be. I loved the quirkiness, the comfort, the facilities, the host. All of it made it one of the best places we’ve stayed.
