It would be nice to have a kettle instead of the coffee maker, as the water wasn’t hot enough to make a cup of tea. Also the shower water was lukewarm. Apart from that everything were perfect and wonderful. :)

The B&B located in a scenic and beautiful village in Branscombe, East Devon. Just 10mins walk to the beach. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Both dinner and breakfast were great. All the staff were so attentive and welcoming. The room was spacious and got the tasteful decorations.

Car park was always full/congested. WiFi basically didn’t work, and there was no phone signal. The is a free WiFi but probably due to the amount of people connected it didn’t work. People staying at the hotel should have to share the same bad free WiFi the pub guest use.

Set in an amazing location, surrounded by hills, and close to the beach. Great and friendly staff.

We didn’t realise when we booked that there was a beer festival on (our fault, we should have checked!). This did mean that parking was at a premium. Personally I was quite lucky with the parking, however I am not sure where I would have parked if I couldn’t have parked the car!

A secret treasure of a place nestled within remote Devon countryside. Staff were lovely, breakfast selection was fabulous and the room had everything you needed. A great base to explore the coastal walks into nearby Beer and Sidmouth. The room was tastefully decorated with a mini refrigerator. There was an onsite restaurant which offered a selection of evening meals which were lovely.

It's a must visit a beautiful accommodation, a hidden Gem!! From our arrival to departing, the staff could not do enough for us, always friendly and happy. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated to a high speck, fabulous bedding with Excellent Pillows! Resulting in an Excellent nights sleep.The pub itself served Excellent food catering for all tastes.. and a great choice of beverages! Can't wait to go back again. I highly recommend The Mason Arms. You won't be disappointed 👏 👌

Only tiny thing was the shower didn’t get hot, was only warm. Otherwise everything was spot on.

I loved everything about this B&B/pub. Location,gorgeous decor in room with quality fitments and products and cozy atmosphere in pub great to see a real fire too! Solo traveller but felt very comfortable and welcomed in bar area by friendly staff.

There is nothing not to like. Beautiful location. They have thought of everything.

On arrival we hadn't been allocated the room we had booked, however Donna went above and beyond and found us an amazing room. The room was so spacious, beautifully furnished, the bed was so comfortable, there was nothing to fault it. The staff were outstanding along with the food. A good choice on the menu and beautifully cooked and presented. We would definitely recommend the Masons Arms.

The car park is very tight and could use some better organization, or slightly larger, to accommodate all guests.

We found everything about the Masons Arms to be exceptional. The property is well maintained and is located on a quiet street in a small village, which the setting allowed us to relax and enjoy the overall experience. The room was very well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and large en-suite. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was both very delightful.

We have visited the UK three times over 35 years and have always visited Branscombe and stayed at The Masons Arms. It is unique world wide in our opinion and hopefully we will be back one day.
