We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice location with lovely beer garden out front. Family friendly hotel and restaurant. Very helpful and friendly staff.

United KingdomMy wife and I were looking for a place to stay over following a day at Paultons Park. Just a 15 minute drive away, we found the White Rabbit which more than served its purpose for the night. The staff were excellent and very welcoming during our stay. Bedroom was very clean and tidy, exceeding expectations. We also had dinner in the evening, which had decent potion sizes and tasted great. The experience was topped off when this staff unexpectedly brought my daughter's pudding out with a candle in for her birthday! Thankyou Bunny & Holly

Some confusion about rules re dogs- where you could sit at breakfast, how much supplement would be added to bill for having a dog, confusion over whether dog had been paid for in price. Lot of steps (up and down a la Fawlty Towers) to get to room.
