Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomInstructions on using lock box would be helpful and also info re reception being closed on Monday/Tuesday. Entry info said to sign in at reception first. It took a while for me to realise that this was not pissible.
I found the door lock box a bit of a battle. The location was absolutely perfect- beautiful, calm, safe. Not for business people because internet not available easily (even at the bar) and phone reception is very poor.

United KingdomThe property was a 2 bedroom static mobile home surrounded by decking located in Aviemore Holiday Park on the banks of the River Spey. The accommodation was spotless, and very quiet ( not many people were staying in the park for the duration of our stay). We had ducks and rabbits running around outside. We were in Aviemore on a walking holiday with a group of friends and this accommodation was perfect for myself and my friend.

Perfect location for activities & general shops. Lovely views from the lodge, which itself was brilliant, perfect for a family of 3. Very clean & had a well stocked kitchen with regards to utensils, pots, pans etc. Cleaning supplies also provided

We had decided not to drive so had less items with us than usual. The cabin had everything we needed, including a travel cot and high chair for our 1 year old. Beautiful patio for sitting outside.
