I thought the flat was soundproofed, but unfortunately not. There is a nightclub next door and the music plays, very loud, from 9pm until 4am (only really heard in the bedrooms). Myself and my daughter actually slept through the noise with ease as we had good quality ear plugs, but my mum and sister did not sleep as well.

I liked the fact that we each had a king sized bed (there were only 4 of us). One room with an en suite bathroom the other just a couple of steps from the bedroom (2 bedrooms apartment). It is very close to the North Pier and Blackpool Tower. Also a Sainsburys and M&S nearby. My mum has walking issues so the location was ideal.

Being next to a nightclub and backing onto bars it was very noisy at night with combination of the pounding bass and shouting. The apartment was for 6 people (3 double beds) there was only 3 of us and not enough hangers provided. Would benefit with coat stand or coat hooks in the hallway. Everything is very modern from the phone-app required to gain entry to working the radiators and kitchen appliances so would not suit someone not ok with new technology. The door phone app stopped working on the 2nd night but a key fob is also provided (just as well).

Great conversion of the previous building. No expense spared to the facilities provided. Modern decor with all mod-cons provided. 1 en-suite and 1 other bathroom.

Next door to a nightclub so on Friday night our walls were vibrating! Duvet cover wasn’t ironed on our beds, only one wine glass in the cupboard but plenty of tumblers and cocktail glasses

It is located right next to nightclub so was noisy overnight...however, ideal location in terms of being close to everything we wanted.

We had some issues at the start of our stay but the response from the owners was second to none. Despite only arriving home from their honeymoon that day they came in person to sort out issues as soon as possible. The position of the apartment was brilliant only a few minutes walk from the tower.

The property was up three flights of stairs which you are well informed about, and a lift is an antique and maybe work in progress. The high security wireless Bluetooth locks could be an issue for some lacking knowledge in modern technology, and we did have an issue on the second night, trying to get in due to no Internet in the building working so had to revert back to entering the property as when we entered for the very first time .

The property was exactly how it was described. It was well equipped to location is right by the North Pier. Do you have some sea views and also can see Blackpool Tower which is nice at night when lit up the accommodation was clean and tidy and very well presented the beds with very comfortable but obviously this was our personal opinion Everything you needed was provided towels, iron, ironing board and the kitchen was well equipped. If you decided he wanted to use it, but with the amount of eating establishments just a stones throw away, he might just be tempted to eat out every night.

Only 2 hairdryers provided for 10 guests have coffee facilities but no tea or milk and the key being an app may not be so practical for every guest. Lovely outlook though and no issues for us with noise from outside.

Amazing Apartments, stunning decor with everything you need especially for large groups with earplugs, aircon unit, plenty of toilet rolls provided and we'll thought out. Only improvement would be if you could provide more hairdryers and maybe some milk and tbags ect. We also had a few issues with some of the group not being able to download the smart key and it was a little temperamental on the upstairs door lock which was a bit irritating. We also couldn't work out how to use the sound system using the app, although it really was not really an issue and we will definitely be coming back again soon so can work it all out properly next time. Thanks so much for all your help letting us check in and out at different times it was much appreciated!

Only down side is appartments are joined onto a nightclub which is open untill 5am and next door to a pub so it's really noisy, so please be aware of this especially on a weekend as I think you would really struggle with children, you do get a good supply of ear plugs. This won't put us off going back the pros well out weigh the 1 con so we know to have that extra gin before bed 😂

Nothing. It was all good. The only reason I scored slightly lower on the cleanliness side was literally because I check everywhere when I leave in case anything has dropped anywhere, and under the beds were very dusty. I feel a little hypocritical with this though, as mine at home are like this due to it being a tight space to get under. This certainly would not stop me staying again.

Very modern and luxurious in comparison to anywhere else we have ever stayed in Blackpool. I love Blackpool, but my husband has always been dubious. However, he loved the apartment and had a great time, so will return again.
