I would recommend Inhabit Queens Gardens for its welcoming staff, clean accommodations, and excellent location.

There were little things that were difficult- one of the beds had a crater in it. There was no electrical outlet with access to a mirror for hair dryer or curling iron.

The property was in an excellent location - an easy walk to 2 subway stations as well as Paddington Station . The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely courteous and welcoming.

Only issue was with house keeping. Dirty floors and poor bed making.

Loved the calm atmosphere. The attention to environmental impact was evident in most areas of the hotel. Staff were amazing. Helpful and kind

Very nice hotel close to Paddington - room for improvement to be perfect

    - rooms were dusty in some areas, especially the console table under the TV - not many hooks or options to hang things - towels were replaced at times even all the folded and clean ones, even though there was a note that stated that housekeeping will not do this undless requested. This is no biggie but wasteful, nontheless. - ramp in one of the rooms was a bit weird, but something one can deal with Considering all of the above; I would still stay again in this hotel as it was by far the best out of all I ever stayed at in London.

+ Beds are very comfy + Bathrooms are larger than in other London hotels + robes are provided + Special requests were taken care of + Location was perfect + Room was quiet and spacious

My main issue was the mattress. It was uncomfortable - very lumpy. But other than that I can't complain.

I really liked the hotel; it was new, clean and I really liked the design. The water station on each floor was extremely helpful. The room we had was spotless and although it was small, we didn't feel cramped. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It's also nice to have an a/c in the room. The location of the hotel is ideal and it was very quiet at night.

I was told breakfast was included, nobody was receiving me in the morning and I still do not know how it should have worked and then I ordered a Cafe Latte at the bar which they wanted to charge extra what I declined. I actually had to leave the hotel as it all took too long and I was little bit in a hurry

Overall a nice and quiet hotel in a nice location

The bathroom could have been a tiny bit bigger. The shower itself was wonderful and spacious. However, the sink was too small to wash my face, and too close to the toilet. Despite this, I would stay here again. The service is too good, and the hotel amenities are just fantastic, including yoga, sauna, and massage.

Our room was incredibly spacious. There were two of us, and we could move around in it without feeling claustrophobic. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. I never had an issue with falling asleep. Also, the service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was super attentive and very friendly. Plus, the hotel was a only short walk to Paddington Station and the Pride of Paddington, which was very convenient.

Lovely hotel with great staff in a beautiful area of London

I asked for a quiet room, which I got and was very grateful for it. The second night I could hear other guests arriving at 2 am and could hear them talking (which carried on for an hour), so the soundproofing between rooms are not great. The beds are great, but a bit too firm for my liking and pillows are very firm. I don’t like that. Lastly, I feel spoons in the room would be more sustainable than wooden stirrers which I feel is a lot more taxing on the environment. But very well done on all other efforts!

The location is wonderful! I booked it as it was close to Paddington station (and the Heathrow express) but really did not expect the area to be so gorgeous and lush. The room was lovely with ample, very cleverly designed storage spaces. I loved all of the environmentally sustainable efforts. Whilst others might complain about it, the fact that you can book and have the sauna and fitness room to your disposal without sharing with anyone, for me, was bliss! And this is included free of charge! Loved the free water (and tea and coffee stations) all over, this made a huge difference for me! The staff were all very friendly, courteous, efficient and lovely! Service scores very high. They all made me feel seen & important and always offered to help. Overall, a great hotel!

One small issue: the room had a smell, likely related to the drains. This could be addressed by staff as it is probably an issue for the facility as a hole. Otherwise, the room was clean and spotless!

Even though I had already paid in advance, the reception asked me for a deposit of 50 or 60 GPB, the purpose of which was never explained (I did get it back in a week or so). Even though the booking was under my name - and this was corroborated by the passport I presented, the receptionist kept addressing my companion when we checked in about all the administrative matters. Access to the lower ground floor was only by elevator, which there was a bit of a wait for. The room was on the lower ground floor - it was bloody cold, so we left the heating turned up during the evening.

Location, location, location! Good value for money. I loved the complimentary toiletries brand and the sustainability vibe. The bed was comfy and the room had efficient storage use. I did not opt for breakfast, but did enjoy some of the breakfast items on my last day and found it very nutritious and healthy. The area is really posh and feels safe. It was super easy to get around to central attractions.

We had a room facing the back(yard); the view wasn't the prettiest, but the room was quiet. Overall, the hotel is not that fancy as it looks. Teabags and coffees weren't refilled, although we only had one room service once during our 4-night stay. We had to ask the front desk. At least they have a water station with teabags; which was convenient. 2, 3 underground stations nearby (although not that close).

No fridge in the room so if you wanted to store anything cold was an issue. The air freshener they use in the rooms gave me a terrible headache, I asked the staff in the morning to please remove it but when I came back to the room about 8 hours later it was still there and the fake pine smell was overpowering! The rooms could do with some soundproofing!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the filtered water available both in the room and on the corridor was a nice touch. The wooden floors and Scandì-decor feels clean and fresh. The location was good and, as a single female traveller, I felt safe in the area. Easy walking distance to public transportation.
