Cleaning is quite poor. Dirty cabinets, dirt in corners, under beds etc. Kitchen is missing some utensils if planning on cooking and eating in. We’ve discussed with Alex.

Good location and comfortable house. As per the photos - modern and simple. Beds are comfortable.

Leakage from the ceiling in the staircase area during the rain. No appropriate place to dispose off rubbish or recycling items.

Overall use of space in the property and all appliances etc in working order. All essentials were present.

The property hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was food stuck to the fridge, leftover pizza in the oven, mould inside the coffee machine and the kitchen sink wasn’t clean. Someone had dumped loose change in one of the cupboards along with used kitchen roll. Also the previous visitors bedsheets and towels were left in the hallway and were not collected.

Fantastic facilities with comfortable beds and good sized rooms. The master bedroom is particularly nice.

The kitchen could have been better equipped. It would have been difficult to cook a full meal here, as insufficient pots and pans and utensils. It was very hot during our stay - a fan for each bedroom would have been very nice! It felt over the top to be asked to pay either a 30 GBP non refundable damages deposit or a 200 GBP refundable damages deposit. The positives however, far outweigh the slight negatives. It's an excellent property in a great location.

A beautifully furnished, modern and very spacious maisonette in the heart of Teddington within walking distance of the station, local shops, restaurants and Bushy Park. Perfect for our family of four with teenage children. Perfect if you want to be in easy reach of central London but in a beautiful, quieter town just 30 mins train ride away.

The Stanley maisonette exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and designed, and has everything you need to have an extremely comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, baby equipment, and cleaning equipment and basic products like dishwasher tablets and detergent, laundry soap, etc. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms are all a good size for sharing and have their own bathroom. Cleanliness of the house is definitely also a plus, as well as the self check-in system. And the location is fantastic for families as it is close to various local amenities, restaurants and the beautiful Bushy Park is just a short walk away. We will definitely come back!

Its a maisonette, which we knew and were fine with , there are 4 levels linked by stairs. So might not suit those with very young children etc.

Lovely property, nicely kitted out. 3 beds , all with an ensuite shower or bath. Super kitchen / diner with all we needed. Small cosy lounge for chilling. On street parking. 10 minutes walk to Teddington high street with plenty of pubs, bars , restaurants, stores, and a further 15 minutes to the pubs at the lock.

Bad fusty smell, water damage, bucket left on landing, ceiling leak at 3am with rain. Dirty stained sheets and bed bug bites!!!!

Any likes totally outweighed by the negatives.

Overzealous personal information requests (wanted pictures of face, passport, reason for stay which I gave but said uncomfortable with) Leaking roof (leak went through my siblings suitcase when we was out all day and ruined clothes for trip - this can't be a new issue by closer inspection) Damp/musky smell in bedrooms (first thing which noticed but ignored on check in day) Broken toilet seats (2 bedrooms) Anti social neighbour (kept blocking the main door, 'smells' coming into residence) Dangerous interior structure falling (a slab of wood fell from above the main door on check out day? In front of the Taylors Apartment staff!) I told the guy (behind Taylors Apartment) about the fact not happy with all this directly (I'm not just leaving a review..)
