We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful decor in rooms and restaurants etc. Also grounds beautifully landscaped and kept. An excellent choice of food both breakfast and the evening meal. Beautifully cooked and presented. Staff at all times were professional and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. A wonderful stay - we will certainly be recommending the Imperial Dragon to friends and family.

Very friendly staff both at reception and in the dining room. Room was very nice, large bed, settee, table and chairs- all good. Around 10 mins from Tenby.

United KingdomThe only bar at the hotel is part of the restaurant which closed at 9pm. Hotel could really benefit from a bar where you can sit and have a quiet drink until later as it’s not near the centre of Saundersfoot. In summer this may be different, we were there for New Year and it would have made our stay perfect if we could have sat in the hotel bar a little later, there is nothing near, it’s in a residential area.
Restaurant was amazing. Both breakfast and the restaurant in the evening were excellent. Staff were really helpful, warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Travelled with our dog and he had a sausage for breakfast every morning and everyone made a fuss of him. Car park facilities were excellent, rooms spacious and clean and really quiet. Small tv lounge area too which was nice.
