Rooms whilst okay are a little dated Prefer milk and water to be in the room rather than at the end of the corridor

Disappointed with Breakfast we have a dog our last stay we had wonderful served breakfast in the courtyard/conservatory area , this time self serve it felt like a Premier Inn poor quality breakfast for the cost of the stay

shower was difficult to control. i couldnt control it so had a bath instead, waste of excess water. didnt appreciate having to walk the full length of the corridor for milk. only found out this was necessary having checked in late at night and had to get dressed again to go down to fetch the milk. car park was an extra charge, which as it was off the beaten track, most needed a car to get there. i

How unclean my room was there was cobwebs all over the bathroom, black mould in the shower, something was spilt down the wall and left it sticky. Just loads of what looks like spilt drinks on walls. The cups were left and lip stick stains on them.

The staff were very polite and attentive. The room size was decent I also loved the little touches added in my room.

Unable to use spa unless you paid a supplement. It should be included if you are booking a suite. Also that you now need to pay for parking, crazy when you are staying there.

The staff are really helpful and friendly and the hotel in general pays attention to little details (e.g. our son loved the little Easter eggs and gifts left on his bed) which made our stay feel special. The hotel is also quiet and family friendly. It was really convenient for travelling as it’s within easy reach of central Leeds and the major motorways and The Springs shopping centre is also on the doorstep. We will definitely be coming back when next in Leeds!

It’s neat and spacious from entrance to all public amenities, spa, bar and lounge. It’s Also clean and well maintained.

Couldn't get any treatments on those days i had booked..asked if anh cancelled treatments. They would let me know but Sunday 30th was available but we weren't there unfortunately

Staff required more training. Basic things, like not bringing a spoon or sugar when purchasing coffee. Reception not knowing booking out times! Spa staff being loud in quiet rest area, and knowing about things that needed attention - but not doing anything about it. There was a terrible squeaky door leading into ‘quiet’ room. So annoying to hear every time a staff member came and shouted a clients name out. Lastly. Staff destroyed balloons that I forgot to take to the car. I literally left them for a matter of minutes. They were my property and should never have been destroyed .

Breakfast turned up 35 mins after ordering - making us rush and late on booking out.
