Parking was a bit tricky when we first arrived as we weren't sure where to go and also had to wait for a car to leave before we got our spot as the allocated parking spaces were full. It was a bit far from the city for walking but we tried the e-scooters which was fun.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everything very clean and modern. Design and colour in the apartment room was nice. Lovely restaurant and outdoor seating area downstairs. Rooftop Bar and Pizza place was a great space and the pizza was delicious.

Parking is difficult and expensive; there’s no need to make that much profit out of a parking garage! This is not five star but is charging as if it were. If they want to aim for lofty heights, they need to lift their game re: cleaning, so it happens when stated; comfort, so one is not left feeling like they’re perching on a sofa instead of seated comfortably. Yes, it’s technically Cambridge, but it is quite a way out from anywhere. One needs to be very fit to walk everywhere or be aware of the exorbitant expense of having a car for the convenience.

Interesting arrangement with the Hyatt. Staff were all fabulous. Met some lovely people who were making use of the amazing community facilities. The sustainability aspect is truly promising; the toiletries so good (but too expensive to purchase.) Loved that it is convenient to Sainsbury but also an amazing patisserie,bar on the rooftop, cocktails and tapas on the ground floor. Also, Chromecast! Wonderful feature.

Absolutely fantastic place. Roomy, comfortable, modern and a great location. We were spending a day in Cambridge and flying out from Stansted the next day, so it suited us well being close to the M11. Sainsbury's was close by, restaurants just downstairs. Really very impressed.

Not so much that we didn’t like, but when we showered the water went across the floor to the other side and started to leak out into the bedroom. Seems a bad design for the bathroom floor. Didn’t bother us as we stayed only one night but was a bit confused by it.

I mean, there was nothing we didn’t like. They’ve done everything correctly. They thought about everything. The rooms were probably on the meat side but we knew that before we booked it but the parking was a disaster we had to park 15 minutes away. Give it a good buy book parking before you go

We did like it, Kit, but we found it a wee bit like SimCity, but I suppose with any nude development that has some bedding in time

The trash bin was too small for me, and it filled up within three days because I cooked for myself every day. I should have requested an additional cleaning service. Also, the fire alarm occasionally sounded, which really surprised me. When I asked the staff, she kindly explained the reason and how to deal with the alarm.

The room was comfortable and beautiful, and the hotel had good access to the city center. It took about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the PR1 bus stop, and about 15 minutes from there to the city center. I'd like to stay at this hotel again.

Things needed some repair and attendance to fix some breaking cupboard doors and unhinged curtains we had in our rooms.

Functional and clean and well equipped . In a nice area with facilities like a few restaurants and Sainsbury’s.

A few staff members are, in my opinion, in the wrong industry.

Two minor points for improvement: 1. Could have slightly better lighting in the bathroom for make-up. Just a tad brighter. Or, have a mirror positioned somewhere where it is symmetrically lit by daylight. 2. Position the shower head holder a bit higher and have a function to angle it down so you don’t have to hold it to wash. Rain shower is not always the one, if you don’t want to wash your hair. The shower head sprayed out horizontally at boob height so it felt a bit like battling the water.

Lovely spacious room, lots of storage, well equipped kitchen, air con worked, comfy bed, recycling bin, great cafe & Sainsbury’s near by. Very convenient.

Loved this hotel. So clean and modern. All the electrical goods were high standard. Cooker was smeg. The bed was out of this world. The complex was so peaceful but also buzzing. We went to the roof top bar. Lovely little place. I will definitely stay here again. So impressed!!!
