United KingdomJust be aware that stairs in so 3 flights of stairs for whoever is in the loft. and restricted head Hight in loft .not a problem for us but not suitable for those with mobility issues . Parking best at nearby car park
Great for 4 adults. with 2 double and 2 twin rooms . Responsive host when a problem with the boiler, useful having 2 bathrooms. Good location for restaurants ect. Lots of good places to eat nearby. the Thai food at the Pub opposite was great Spacious and comfortable Kitchen with table easy to sit 4 at and comfortable living room

BangladeshThe only back side is the heater turning on-off times. We went out and were late while returning to the property and we found that the heaters were turned off and the property was cold. We immediately informed the owner who was super kind to turn it on. However, while traveling and staying awake late at night, you don't want to bother anyone, and thus heater and heating should be controlled by the guest.
The location and p[placement of the property are the best. The property is well-maintained and clean. The beds are comfy and the living room can host a big family to pass good times. The kitchen is well-equipped. The toilets are super clean and well-decorated. The cleanliness of the rooms is beyond amazing. The internet and wifi work pretty well. The onboarding and sign-off instructions are well-written and clear.

United KingdomEverything was good. The only thing we couldn’t get to work was the extractor fan over the hob. Also would say if using the ‘double’ bed (two singles together) for two people to put a larger duvet on it.
Great spacious property and ideally located in the town centre with access to shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc. also very close to the beach for walks along the prom and swimming in the sea. Just have to watch the parking situation and use the car park close by. Lots of essentials there for cooking if needed.

United KingdomWe enjoyed everything. But if you are light sleepers there is some sea gulls noise, although it didn't affect us. Parking may be issue in busy periods but we were happy to park near by and walk to property.
The property was superb and well maintained. It's spread on 4 floors with spacious kitchen & living room, 2 big bathrooms and 3 big bedrooms. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed our stay. Wish could have stayed longer. Also, it's in town center and close to beach and seven sisters hills in Seaford.

United KingdomUpper Room Seaford is a wonderful place to stay in when you are in Seaford. Every needed locations like train station, shops, cafes and, the most important, beach are within a walking distance, approximately five minutes. The house is absolutely beautifully designed, there are many interesting items and details that make the place cosy and you feel like home. You can find there everything you need (for cooking, for living, for leisure) and even more. Especially want to say about small room on the top floor with window on the roof. That was a great experience to stay at this place. Hope to come to Seaford again.

The house was so welcoming and comfortable. Spotlessly clean and perfect location for what we needed. The 'library' was a bonus and something for all ages to read.
