Great hosts quiet house. Massive bathroom with huge bath. Lovely wee extras water milk ect and provided baby cot and highchair for us. Will definitely be back

Property could do with a bigger sign with the property name on it - small placard with name on house number is hard to see from roadside. Small elements of the room let it down only slightly - nothing that cannot be easily fixed. Stains/marks to back wall in the room were immediately in your eye-line as soon as you walked in, a scrub of the walls and paint touch up would go a long way to sort this. Floor in room could have been hoovered more thoroughly and inside window sills needed scrubbing down, easy fixes which would make the room feel that bit fresher. Still cannot fault the room comfort wise for the price.

Nice property in a good location, very close to the seafront and town centre. Short walk for those with children. Friendly host and free parking outside of the property was a nice bonus. Extras in room including water & fresh bottle of milk made us feel welcome - lovely touch. We could also directly see the Blackpool tower lit up on a night time from our bedroom front window - my little sister absolutely loved this quirk of the room!

Need a sign on door saying 'Valencia'. Took a while to determine exact location.

Friendly, good communication beforehand and helpful. Lots of 'extras' such as fridge with milk in room, kettle, tea/coffee/biscuits/water. Iron and ironing board in room. Wine glasses available on landing! Sweets in dish downstairs 😋 Hot strong shower. Parking available outside.

The shower could've been a bit bigger - I'm 6ft 2 in.

That was the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on. Coolest bed, too. We got an upgrade to a larger room because it was available. The walk into town was easy, not long (less than 10 mins) but far enough away from Blackpool to get a quiet night's sleep. It's lovely big house that used to be a family home, he told us. We'd stay again, maybe in the room with the enormous bath we've heard about? Netflix & YouTube on the TV - great job. Parking at the front of the house was a bonus - well, not really - that was a big reason for me booking the Valencia.

Shower tray nearly overfilled lol.

Excellent room. Very big and comfortable. Lovely touch with the milk brought to my room much appreciated. Water in fridge a bonus. Piano being played was nice thing to hear on arrival. Very polite host. Overall great room, location, facilities, car parking superb! and price. Would recommend definitely.

The hotel was a little hard to find as it doesn't have a sign on the front of it yet - We weren't overly bothered by this as we know the hotel has only opened recently and we assume that signage will be added shortly.

Very well located - super close to town and easy to get to. Staff were super nice at all times, there was nothing that wasn't too much for them - they even included a bottle of water for our rooms. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfy. There was free parking at the front of the hotel.

The host apologised saying the cleaner may of missed some bits, it was fairly clean but it could be much better, a big comfy looking love chair in the room but needed a Hoover running over it so didn’t dare trying it out. Floors were sticky in the hallway.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The gigantic bath in the family room is amazing.

Keeping in mind this hotel has only been open 2 months so there are still teething problems… The blind / curtain combo in our room didn’t really block out and light and would benefit from upgrading. The toilet plumbing was horribly noisy and needs looking into. And an extractor fan in the bathroom would help. The room cleanliness was good but a deep clean to get paint splatters off the flooring etc would a good idea

The bathroom was not clean enough. There was soap scum on the shower glass and the plug holes looked dirty. It also blocked and water began to pool in the shower when in use. The toilet was dirty under the rim and the taps/sink didn't appear clean enough. The place could do with a general good clean.

We loved the quirky wooden beds. They were very nice. The fact that there was a fridge in the room and proper milk provided! That was a nice touch. Iron and hairdryer provided was also great as well as a heater/fan. Good price for 4 people at £75 on a bank holiday weekend. Free parking offered outside and friendly staff.
