The dining in the pub was awful Messed up the orders freezing gravy. Sauce on burger we asked not to be there. When come back the chips were cold and they added onions to the burger that we previously asked not to be there. Completely different pie and instead of freezing lump of gravy had the most watery gravy known to man. Was just a waste of money Charged the price of a fizzy drink for soda water and cordial which was extortionate. The kitchen closed way earlier then advertised so not sure if just having a bad day

The room was far too hot, which disturbed our sleep. The shower temperature kept going from hot to cold whilst showering, which helped cool us down but was a bit of a shock!

The staff were very welcoming. The room was a good size. The ensuite facilities were clean and well equipped Onsite parking was helpful The breakfast was really good, lots of choice. It would be helpful to have some gluten free bread in the freezer for guests with gluten allergies and a seperate toaster or toaster pockets. The vegetarian sausages were very tasty. The waiter at breakfast was really helpful! :)

I requested a room with a bath, email confirmation stated that this had been arranged, however when we went to our room there was only a shower Breakfast was good, but on day 1 we had no hash browns and no mushrooms on one plate, when I informed the waiter he just said they had run out of hash browns and no alternatives were offered along with the missing mushrooms. Day 2, I had no sausage and I had stated no tomato extra mushrooms, I was able to inform the waiter straightaway and it was immediately rectified, but getting it wrong two days in a row was disappointing, the waiter brought the manager vicky over, and she was great, stating if she doesn’t know about these things she can’t do anything about it, happy with the way it was dealt with and would definitely go back, would still highly recommend a stay here

We had a fabulous huge family room with lovely comfy bed, we were at the front so I was able to sit in the window and watch the world go by, oh and the rain, hail and sleet, lol room was a little warm but we were able to open a window. We had our evening meal in the restaurant which was superb with very generous portions and reasonable value for money, breakfast was good, but let down by service and items missing, this was addressed before we left

Opaque film on windows, couldn’t see out. Room & hotel far too hot for me. Giant televisions & piped music really lowered the tone of the hotel-such a shame

Bit of a confusion on arrival with booking, initially we weren’t given the room booked on the site - but it was quickly rectified, when questioned, by the pleasant receptionist. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Had facilities to make your own drinks and toast, but satisfactory, value for money. Room was a little hot but spotlessly clean.

Great location for getting about wales and Bala centre . Excellent parking facilities. Clean room and linen. Lovely big bathroom with walk in shower. We booked a room for 3 chaps on a biking trip and room was big and comfortable with 3 single beds. Pleasant bar area and breakfast room.

Big spacious room, price of the stay was very reasonable and the location was good. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. The staff were very helpful, particularly the young lad serving dinner and breakfast who had his hands full with rude guests, he dealt with it well.

Not much at all. Climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor after having just climbed Snowdon was tough though !!!

Fantastic breakfast, went for the small full English. Plenty. The large was massive! Lovely lady served the breakfast. Absolute gem . All the staff were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Would definitely return. Rooms clean and comfortable. Location perfect for our party, not far from the National Whitewater Centre where we were visiting.
