The house had a smell of stale cigarettes despite the instructions so people are obviously ignoring the rules. This was the only thing that was wrong with the house

Very close to the train station to travel into London, very close to all the theme parks such as thorpe park, Chessington and legoland. Very comfy and with parking included, all the items and accessories to be able to be self catering, will definitely return and recommend to others

Just some minor points, the cover on the bed settee was very stained on the front near the floor and the other settee looked like it had stains on the arm which was loose, and was covered with what looked like an old blanket. The toilet seat was loose too.

Good location for surrounding areas like London and Windsor. Good communication with regards getting in and where to park etc. The house was well presented for the most part.

This is really small house and there is not enough places to sleep for 4 people, especially if they want to sleep separately.

Description says the house has a garden - it has a small patch of grass (not enclosed) infront of the house. I wouldn't call this a garden!!

There were no pillow cases for the sofa bed. It was late when we got back so didn't want to bother owners who would have probably resolved this for is.

Good place as we stay over 3 weeks. All fasilities availavle including kitchen with all white furnitures. Decant licing area and clam and relax.

Sofa bed wasnt the comfiest and take an eye mask if the sun wakes you in the morning as only blinds not curtains in bedroom and lounge!

Perfect place to stay for going to legoland and windsor. Good amenities.

We visited with apartment with three guests, The sofa bed is not very comfortable especially if you are staying more than one night. The bed in the bedroom accommodates for two persons.

There was a very bad draft coming in the front door so the sitting room was very cold even with the heater on.

The bed was broken and mattress very uncomfortable. We also found a used condom wrapper under the bed.

There was nothing we didn't like about the flat.

The flat was clean, had everything we needed and was in a lovely neighbourhood with great access to Windsor, Eaton and London. My mother had no problem sleeping on the couch downstairs and the upstairs bedroom was also very comfortable.

I didn’t like that the camp bed, for my 5 year old, wasn’t made up when I’d requested it. I didn’t feel that was something I should have had to do. I feel it was missing some essential kitchen equipment such as a baking tray, scissors, antibacterial spray and a dust pan and brush. There also wasn’t a bathroom lock or any coat hooks.

The property was close to Legoland, where we spent two days.

Personally I think the owners/host need to get new cleaners as I had encountered a dirty bathtub drain full of hair and even a spider came out, the bedroom needed to be dusted and also found a dirty Q-Tip on the ground. Aside from that I didn’t encounter anything worth griping about.

I liked the location of the property as it was very central to a lot of things especially for what I had traveled for. Also I have to commend John for being a good host as I had encounter an issue into the trip and he got right on it and even followed up a few days later to make sure things was ok.

Although the property’s cleanliness was satisfactory it could do with a deep clean, eg food marks up the walls, dirty drawers and marks on the bath. The pillows were also like rocks.

The location was fantastic, a few minutes walk to the tube station. the parking was also brilliant. the kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful.
