No toilet paper in the toilet, no cutlery to eat with: 2 spoons, two knives and 1 fork. No clean pan to cook with. I washed the least problematic 2 to cook my food. A pan full of greenish water forgotten under the kitchen sink as well as a mug on top of it full of the same liquid.

The bed was comfy and the room fairly clean.

Our bedroom (room 7)had been broken in to or the door forced(frame split and door busted)There was no way to secure it internally. We were asked to put a padlock on the outside when going out. Very random things in the room- like a huge and very worn orange corner sofa. And a busted ikea table and two faux leather chairs that you had no place to put them. Other rooms had TV’s but room 7 didn’t. Holes in the carpet. Room 7 is directly behind the communal shower and bathroom- expect to hear EVERYTHING from other guests going about their hygiene and toilet routine. One towel between two No mirror in shower room No glass or plastic cup to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth. Damp smelling shower room. Poorly lit shower room No shower shampoo/soaps. Very small stairs. Host taking calls in the back garden at 11pm when your trying to sleep with a 4.30am start.

Free (on street) parking (the only reason we booked tbh). It’s a short walk into Windsor, but the areas a bit dodgy, once you’re two streets away it’s fine with some decent pubs and restaurants on route.

In my room, I opened the wardrobe to put my clothes in, I didn't expect to find other people's clothes in it. In the other room, there were stains on the ceiling, holes in the carpets, the shower stunk, and the trims around the door were missing.

I changed date for the booking for the week before and i send a request a month in, which was declined and for no good reason. I will raise this with booking but i dont think they can do anything about it. The host was not generous and i was forced make 2 bookings. Not happy!

Not very clean. Host told us we could use the kitchen, which was clearly the family kitchen, but it was unhygienic. Bathroom wasn't clean either. The whole set-up was very strange. There were clothes in the wardrobe and drawers in the bedrooms we had.

Beds were comfortable. Host was friendly.

The door had previously been smashed in, so the door handle didn’t work. You locked it on the inside with a bolt and on the outside I had to use a coded padlock to secure the room when I went out. There was also a small hole in the door which had toilet paper stuffed in so others couldn’t view inside. There was a hole or 2 in the very worn carpet and the set of drawers was unopenable as it was about to fall over. There was also a foul drain smell in the shower room and the basin had a reasonable size chip in it. No mirror either. I’m not usually the complaining type, but this room, was terrible. I’d advise to avoid, sorry. The bedding certainly seemed clean however. 1/10 I’m afraid

The accommodations are shared with the family who owns the home- which was NOT specified when booking. It felt very unclean.. I slept fully clothed on top of the blankets and wouldn’t sit on the toilet. Doors don’t lock, so full access to passports and personal belongings while you’re away (nothing we had was stolen). Also kept hearing some sort of device (that we couldn’t find) saying that power was low- so got very creepy vibes that something besides all of the outdoor cameras- could be watching us in our room. We were very thankful we only had one night stay here.

Only thing good about this location was parking.

No proper door lock...just a padlock 🔒 that didn't work on a broken in door for the outside and some basic attached locks on the inside of the door. That the lights were so dim it wasn't easy to see in the room. There were no mirrors, bins or room toilet ( only a filthy shared one ) the shower and sink in the room were grim. The bedding smelt like others had been sleeping in it for months without being washed; so slept on top! There was no room kettle, cup or anything really!? I'm not sure why it's called 'Comfort Sleep'!? As l didn't and couldn't wait to get out of there! I really wouldn't recommend it unless you're alright paying for that! The room isn't anything like the photo!

The sheets definitely were not clean. I could smell the last people who had slept there. The gentleman showing us our room failed to mention the ensuite bathroom was just a shower and a sink and the toilet was a shared facility between 3 or 4 rooms out in the hallway. The shower and sink themselves were dirty and covered in rust. there was no cups or anything in the room not even a bed side table. Just a bed. and the curtains were stick on. Was awful do not stay here. It is literally a room in a house which i didn't realise at the time of booking.

Everything Approach to me by the person i might was poor, mucked around with initial facility, no lock on room door. not told it was in a family residence. moved to another premises where the shared bathroom was appalling, dirty and with used bottles everywhere. down stairs toilet was dangerous, with broken light bulb, smashed sharp tiles. Kithechne had not been cleaned in some time, dining area was covered in dirty washing
