The entrance was like a building site, had to step over pipes to get to the front door, we were not made aware of this. The front door to the building was broken, never worked, locked, as women traveling alone with children we felt slightly vulnerable. The heating and water stopped working the night prior to departure, staff not helpful for explanation why. WiFi did not work. Again staff unhelpful in resolution. Beds very uncomfortable and linen smelt fusty. Kitchen lacked equipment so don't expect to cook whilst staying here.

The property was very good and modernised. Perfect for a family !!! Had all the amenities needed!! Communication from the host was good as she was always available over the phone. And the property also has a parking behind!!

Unfortunately the heating didn’t work or the hot water! So a little chilly in November and washing in cold water. There are 2 Dyson fans, which thankfully work as heaters also, plus the electric fire, which mitigated it a little bit still cold as it was a large apartment. We reported this at the time and they have said they will get maintenance in, so hopefully it should be fixed soon! Mattresses on the beds were very thin and soft.

Great location near the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Apartment is very spacious and done to a high standard. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a weekend or a week.

Could not get the heating to work, not much of a problem as we were only there one night. After a couple of showers the water was too cold for another.

Modern and spacious in a good location, loved the electric fire and games arcade.

No hot water or heating on a cold October night, radiators weren’t working. Water tank takes 30mins to heat, unfortunately not hot enough for a warm shower. We were told that the radiators had to kick in before the water heater went on, very tricky when radiators not working. We only stayed one night. Owners did send someone one to accommodation very early the next morning to try and provide a solution.

The noise from the apartment above went on practically all night, so nobody got much sleep. It was really bad. The beds were too soft.

The apartment was a really good size, modern and nicely decorated. I liked that one of the bedrooms has an en-suite. It was clean.

Nothing. The flat initially hadn’t had the cleaners come in so it needed cleaning but we were quickly moved to the flat above which was immaculate. The customer service was great

The only thing we had an issue with was the WiFi. But having said that, for us it was a place to crash, have a shower, and sleep in. Didn’t really need WiFi for one night.

Very modern, very clean. Close to the front and tram stops/busses etc. Parking around the back was handy. One of, if not the best places to stay in Blackpool. Got all of our group in once place, no keys to mess about with/forget/lose, plenty of space for everyone.

Needs blackout curtains in back bedroom. Light shines through first thing and is very bright and disturbed sleep. Check in is particularly late and check out is too early.

The area around the property is a bit of an eyesore with broken glass, weeds and litter and such a shame as the inside is lovely. Also a bit more storage in the bedrooms like drawers in the master would be welcomed as only hanging space and small bedside storage provided.

Lovely spacious property with everything we needed during our stay. Fixtures and fittings of a high standard and smart tv’s throughout was a bonus. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room (which we though was maybe just a WC from the photos) which was brilliant. Being able to book parking at the property was great too.

Really good size apartment, excellent value for money . Decent size rooms, especially room with the ensuite. Exactly as pictured, with excellent facilities. Clean and tidy, good location . Owners are very quick and easy to talk to via booking.com message, which is very useful Would 100% stay here again when visiting Blackpool.

Could not have hot water and heating on together because it blow the boiler ,and every morning you had to wait for someone to reset the boiler as it had blown ,6 adults 2 night stay and no shower could be used as no hot water ,we followed the instructions water and heating not on at same time but still after 9 the boiler would go off for the heating, but never any hot water until after it was reset and yet again it was off at 9

We had no hot water and no heating and we was left with some heaters which didn't really warm it up. Also said would have cot for 1 year old but nothing. Had to make a bed for her out of the cushions on the floor at the side off the bed as didn't want her to fall out. Took the bath Al night to drain so we couldn't use it as there wasn't hot water. Tele missing out off 1 off the room and also sweets and hairs everywhere.

It was furnished well and comfortable to sleep.
