Perfect place to stay for a family with kids. Hosts (Zac and Marcela) are extremely enthusiastic lovable people. We arrived there late evening and were greeted by Zac. Both are very friendly and chatty people. The whole place is well equipped, comfortable accommodation, really great value for money. We were so lucky that we could extend our stay there and we could experience two different cottages. Both were lovely. We could buy fresh chicken eggs from hosts - simply delicious. Quiet nights away from city lights and sounds, sky full of stars (if not cloudy of course), clean air... what else you might wish for :)

The owner Zak was very friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful and lovely, great walks nearby, you can walk, although a hill to climb back, to beach. The cottages are comfortable and of a good size, plenty of room. Other areas of interest reached by car easily. I hope to stay there again.

Washing machine wouldn’t rinse and shower, difficult to get to right temperature, but everything great.

Lovely and peaceful location, dogs were so cute and friendly as were the farm animals, loved them all. Games room was fun, children had so much fun, property catered to all our needs.

The location was amazing for visiting surrounding areas if Devon. Lovely, peaceful, tranquil setting. The accommodation was roomy, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A home from home, with lots for the children to do on site too.

We’ve stayed at Yetland Farm 3 times now and it’s been excellent every time. The hosts are really friendly our son loves the pool and darts room and it’s very dog friendly too. The lodges are really clean and comfortable with everything you need. A great place to stay

Shower pressure is a little weak

We stayed in the Broadsands cottage for 2 nights and were extremely happy with our stay! There were 3 adults and 2 children and there was more than enough space. Interior is well designed and has a very cosy feel. Kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, lots of cooking utensils, lots of baking trays) and is well suited for self catering. You feel very safe, secluded just up the hill from the main street in Combe Martin. The staff were lovely and the check in was seamless, our room was even ready 2 hours early. We have been coming to Combe Martin for years and can’t believe we’ve only just found this place, will definitely be returning.

There wasn't anything we didn't really like. The only thing is it could do with a bigger cylinder so that there is enough hot water for more than one bath. However, there is an electric shower.

How comfortable and clean the cottage was, room sizes, little things like there was a multi-purpose spray so that we could wipe down after cooking. Great location.

The photos really don’t do Yetland cottages any justice, we were really impressed with the cottage, very homely and well equipped. Location is perfect, host was very welcoming and approachable. Beds were very comfortable and the whole cottage was very clean. We will definitely be back and would be perfect for large gatherings.

The toys in the playroom were for either very young children or older children. My 7 year olds were very disappointed!

The cottage was well appointed & very comfortable. My grandchildren loved the interaction with the farm animals, especially the chick's. Our TV issues were sorted out very quickly!! We definitely hope to be back!

Nothing at all, everything was great.

This is such a lovely place to stay. The cottage was so comfortable and had everything we needed, including dishwasher tablets, hand soap, tea and coffee. The facilities were excellent and we had great fun enjoying the bar area and playing pool, ping pong and tennis. Having the animals was an added treat too, and Zak and Marcela were very friendly and welcoming.

Staff owners despite living on site, completely blanked us which felt odd as we could see them most times we left returned..Wifi broke and when we texted them told us they had known since the day before but hadn't bothered telling us just said it wont be mended whilst we are there..This meant we didnt have TV for the duration of the stay. One set of towels one each for 4 days.Kitchen had bare minimum equipment.Very cold in the cottage.Small shared courtyard outside the front door which was OK whilst we were there as other cottages empty but if you like tranquility/your own outside space in summer probably not for you.The barbeque was dirty and unuseable. Its a working farm but no attempt to let you see animals or feel part of it.Pictures on website make much of this so probably disappointing if you have small children. Could be lovely but frankly decor a bit dated it wouldn't cost much to change the curtains for example.welcome book was falling apart and was all about covid obviously hasn't been updated for a long time. We know the area really well but if you didn't there were hardly any leaflets or information.

Good peaceful location but only suitable if you have a car as up on the hills out of the village.lots of space around the cottages including a field and playground.Games room with table tennis and a tumble dryer. Was very clean and had everything you need.
