The restaurants on site were underwhelming. The food was hotel-priced and the quality was average. One night we waited an hour for a pizza at one of the hotel restaurants. Shuttles to/from the airport or into town or to tourist sites would have been appreciated. One of the treadmills at the gym was not working so there was a bit of a wait every morning.

This hotel was perfect for my purpose! It's the ideal hotel to just relax and throw away your cares. The location on the beach is perfect and BEAUTIFUL! The pools were well maintained and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! The rooms were comfortable and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. The entertainment was welcomed. It was perfect for a nice getaway.

Omelet maker is a bit grumpy. Why was there no pizza on Wednesday lunch? That should never happen. Internet is very poor. Slow speed and constant drop out.

The toilet in my room 152 seemed to malfunction at times and I had to flush over a few times. The complimentary soap bars could be a bit larger more like the standard size found in a grocery or even half that size.

The quality, quantity and variety of breakfast was very good. The Beach is expansive and not very crowded. The sea was clear and not rough. The location of the hotel is good and the property is well maintained with a lot of green areas.

I was surprised that there were no leaflets or brochures in the room or on check in to give information about the hotel....this is the first hotel I visited that did not include this. I wished there were signs indicating that room did not have to be cleaned daily. WIFI was definately spotty at best; kept going on and off for my entire stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the cleaners did a good job. The workers were very friendly. The location was quite good too...walking distance to some places like grocery stores, malls and banks.

I recommend giving the pools a facelift as I can feel the rough floor under my feet and they need to be cleaned more as it was covered in flowers and leaves. The rooms need to be updated as well. Also, make the restaurants different food, not the same menu. Definitely need more variety. The showers need to be fully closed, not a half glass door. Also, could use a microwave in the room as well.

Check-in, other reviews referenced this. We had asked for adjoining rooms which had been confirmed but we were the. Told they didn’t have any. As it was we had lovely rooms in block 3 which is very peaceful but near all the facilities. More training for staff on reception which the manager is also focused on will ensure the first experience of the hotel then matches up to the rest.

Breakfast was great, shout out to Joseph and Michael on omelettes. Staff looking after tables were great. Other shout outs to Desiree, Irmione, Releisha, Sally Anne and Witney. The hotel grounds are beautiful, great pool areas. Plenty of loungers for pool, gardens and beach. The new manager is really focused on the guests and bringing in lots of change which will really help further reviews.

The rooms need upgrade and the towels are old. The showers are not very hot if shower early in morning. I think the warm water is switch off during the nights.

The resort is on Grande Anse beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurants are clean.

The Radisson itself was ok, I expected the rooms to be of a higher standard with it being a 4-star. I was disappointed that I had to change rooms a number of times for various reasons. A shame that sub-standard rooms are being allocated to be fair. A helpful front desk team eased the inconvenience, as they speedily found alternatives.

Location wise it’s great, right in the centre of Grand Anse beach, a short drive from the airport and St George and a number of shops within walking distance. Charmaine and Dylen were great. They were on hand to make sure my visit to Grenada involved more than what was within the resort. Charmaine from Insight Tourism (details are in the lobby) was grade A when it came to helping with trips and tours around the island. She was always on hand to answer any questions which in turn made the trips run smoothly. A sign of how well organised the tours are, I couldn’t stop at one! I went for the half day island tour and historical town walk both with Dragon who is an excellent guide. Then the half day snorkelling which included the underwater sculpture park with First Impressions, who were a great crew. Dylen was super helpful showing me around the resort, what was available, what was happening and recommendations on what to do. Always checking in whenever we crossed paths to see how my stay was going and keeping me up to date on what was happening. Be sure to join the 1000 orientation to meet Dylen and his team.

1. The staff seemed overworked and there was a shortage as many seemed to be constantly on the run which does not put guests at ease. 2. Guests were constantly asking for maintenance or room service for one thing or the next. Management needs to do an overhaul of AC units and plumbing. Maybe COVID caused a major glitch but that is over and guests are paying no different and should be getting the service as expected. 3. Staff need to be trained in diplomacy. They asked a coloured friend of mine entering the premises whether they were a guest. Would they have asked a caucasian person the same thing in the same manner? The same thing occurred when the person went to get a beach chair! Really?

The staff did the best they could and were helpful and friendly in most cases
