Great hotel with very friendly staff. I had a super twin room with a spacious balcony providing a beautiful mountain view. The bed was super comfortable - the room temperature was perfect and so was my sleep. The location is also great - only a few min. away from the village center - situated in a very quiet area. I can only recommend this place!

SwitzerlandOur check in experience was rather upsetting. There was no one at the reception for about 10 minutes, despite the little concierge bell. In 10 minutes, we were greeted by a man and a woman that looked like they were not expecting to see us and asked us "what are you doing here". During the check in, we were not informed that the cleaning service is on demand only, which resulted in us having a pile of rubbish and no bathroom supplies, including the toilet paper. We had to ask for them. We were unable to pay for the stay with a card because allegedly the card machine wasn't working during any of the days of our stay (although the card machine downstairs was working).
The hotel looks very new and has very beautiful, stylish interiors. We had a magnificent view over the Kazbegi mountain from our balcony, even though it was too cold to use it. The restaurant/lounge zone also looks very beautiful and has amazing views. Some of the staff members were very helpful with the activities to do around Stepantsminda and also allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel until our departure. The coffee served for breakfast was some of the best we had in the area. Great wifi connection and the location is 15 min away walking from the square with the shop and the ATMs.

United Arab Emirates- do not take the room without the view. It’s suffocating and literally opens into the road - they were very short staffed. Kazbegi shuts by 9 and there isn’t even a kitchen in the hotel for room service. So if you haven’t managed food before 9, you go hungry. - we had to ask for a lot of things, like a kettle in the room. There’s no free coffees.
It’s a well designed property with a great view.
