The hotel is situated on a very busy main road of Accra and next to a bar/restaurant with loud music in the evening and during the night, therefore there is basically no quiet. There is no common hall for the breakfast, which is brought to every room at the desired time; this was however not always respected.

I don't give a 10 only because the courtyard with the tables to eat could have been a bit better taken care of. Like adding a gazebo to relax in the shadow and a few more chairs. But the staff and the room would have deserved a full 10. Well done guys

The air conditioning unit in my room was really noisy, to the point that it kept waking me up. The staff knew about it already, it's a bit frustrating that it couldn't be fixed. The security guard stopped me as I came back one evening and asked for my number. It made me really uncomfortable especially as I was travelling alone and from where he was he could see which wing of the hotel I went into and my window actually faced the car park. Would suggest that the hotel train staff not to harass female guests.

The location is really convenient - very well connected but surprisingly quiet in the compound. The hotel staff are lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was brilliant, and they have dinner there also. Everything was clean and the shower was nice and hot. The bottled water and snacks were very appreciated. It's very good value for money.

The fact the details were not considered. For example, the towels were so old and thin they scratched your skin. The finishes could be cleaner. The breakfast was small.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help rectify any issues I had. The fact breakfast was delivered to the room every morning was a lovely extra.

this time i had incident with the guy at front desk he went for his prayer Sunday then decided to come to my room and wake me up, he thought I needed toilet paper… like any sane person wakes up Sunday at 5am and wakes other people to make it worse, after i was angry at him and after i managed to fall asleep again he started calling at 6:30 am and kept calling until he woke me up again i had written a very bad review then i changed it I need this never happen with me again

The water must be checked before any Client is given the room, last time I had an issue with no warm water, this time the cold water calve was closed and I didn't know where to locate it.

The breakfast is nice and tailored to the Client preference. The room is spacious. The staff are very welcoming and immediately attend to Client needs.

the hot water was an issue sometimes it is not coming and happened to me mostly when i needed it. kitchen is not equipped properly (should have couple of spoons, couple of plates, forks, knives, few cups!!!) the credit card machine (POS) was not working so I had to arrange cash which was a small inconvenience for me i also didn't like the fact that entrance to road is through back side but that's a small thing

i liked the value for money, the friendly staff, the spacious apartment, the breakfast is good too. the furniture is more than enough, the small table available to take it anywhere is my favorite, the sofas are nice and comfortable. the TV could be bigger but anyway who watches TV these days.

Having to ask them to change the bathroom towels. The bed spread could be cleaner.

The location was perfect. Quiet and easy accessibility to major areas in Accra. The receptionists were super nice and helpful. You can pick the options of breakfast you'd like to have. Beatrice- the nice reception lady would always ask if you wanted the same breakfast preference each morning. The internet worked well.
