Every time I ordered a drink in lobby bar they said they were out. This happened 5 times! I also found a large piece of glass in my bed and then two more on the floor. We never broke anything so I assume an accident happened while cleaning but hotel argued this was not possible. I took pictures to show them and brought the largest piece from my bed sheet to the front desk the first morning. Found the other glass the next morning. The hotel made no attempt to rectify other than staff apologies. Management should have interviewed and intervened.

Location was perfect for us near old town and most restaurants. Rooms were very lovely all with a small balcony. The pool area was so clean and enjoyable. The staff were all friendly but always prefaced their answers with “I am very new here so I am not sure”. Would recommend for location.

I know that staff shortages are the norm in the hotel trade but it was difficult catching the bar staffs eye for servicere however they were always friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

Rooms are beautifully appointed and all very newly refurbed ....with super comfy beds! Bathroom equipped with separate walk in shower which is very practical...... Breakfast is actually fairly good value.......plenty of options to cater for everyone......and of course they have the good old British Teapot!!

Fantastic quality upscale hotel in center of town, not far from Rock Gibraltar cable car and not far from Ocean Village Marina with seaside restaurants, which we had. Staff help and friendly, rock with view of rock. Pool deck on eighth floor and breakfast in mornings were very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable.

Booking .com advertised the room incorrectly . It was described as a room with a rooftop pool . So this was not a pleasing start to our holiday at all what a disappointment. This was not the hotel's fault in any way and they found us a fabulous room and moving on from that great disappointment we were fantastically looked after and so intend to return to The Elliott Hotel. Indeed we would not consider any other. But poor show booking.com

The staff were all fantastic . Nothing was too much trouble every care was taken with detail . The room was wonderful the facilities were good.There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The outside terrace was a fabulous place to relax and dine it just sit and enjoy the world .

The location was central to Main Street and shops, hotel could order a taxi. The hotel we have stayed at before and is the reason for choosing again. The hotel staff we always exceptional and never a problem to help.

Breakfast was nice but very expensive for the area. It was £17 pp at check-in and £22pp if you decided on the day. Three adults went for breakfast in a lovely restaurant near by and it was £26 with drinks for all of us. The balcony didn’t feel safe. The floor timber is very thin

The location, atmosphere, the beads were the comfiest I’d ever slept in and the hotel is super clean and new looking.

I didn't enjoy leaving!😪

Absolutely stunning hotel in a fantastic location. There were a group of us staying for a wedding, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Stefano on reception was an absolute joy, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. All of bar & restaurant team were fantastic, and so cheerful! Dominic ensured that all of the wedding party were very well looked after, and the wedding breakfast was incredible! Fantastic selection of choices for the buffet breakfast as well, all served in a beautiful setting. We loved spending time on the roof terrace because of the incredible views, and enjoyed using the swimming pool. Very comfy beds, and a very well appointed room with beautiful views of the Rock. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, everything was wonderful.
