We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyRooms could be bigger and slightly more modern, but still confortable with big terrace and beautiful see view.
Extremely nice, professional and helpful staff of the hotel - always smiling. They dealt kindly with our every little situation! Food was very good and diverse, a lot of drinks included in the all-inclusive. Private beach (free of charge sunbeds and towels). Beach was very confortable and directly at the hotel. Free access to high quality internet and late check out depending on availability.

Germany- rainshower was not stable in temperature and water pressure low. hand shower was good.
- food was absolutly fresh and a big variety also for vegetarians - service was super friendly also to our baby. We feeled welcomed - room and bathroom were cleaned every day. towels were changed if you wanted them changed. - wifi did not work in the beginning but was fixed within two days

United KingdomI had the misfortune of staying at this dreadful excuse for a hotel, and I can't emphasize enough how terrible the experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was met with the most disgustingly rude and unprofessional receptionist I've ever encountered. They clearly had no interest in helping guests and made me feel like a burden from the start. But the horror didn't end there. After checking in, I was informed that my room was not available due to some vague "issue," and I was being moved to another hotel. I couldn't believe it! The replacement hotel had a dismal star rating, and it showed. The room was a complete disaster—dirty, outdated, and in a state of disrepair. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the stench was unbearable. And let's not even get started on the staff at the second hotel. They were just as unpleasant as the receptionist at the first place. It's as if they were competing to see who could be the most impolite and unhelpful. I felt like I had entered some sort of twilight zone where customer service doesn't exist. I wouldn't wish this nightmare of an experience on my worst enemy. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your sanity and want to avoid the rudest receptionist and staff in existence.
