Beautiful rooms and views with great facilities. The accommodation is in an excellent location and short walk down to main town while offering great views over the island for sunset. Friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make the stay unforgettable. We had the best hospitality of anywhere we have ever stayed. We hope to come back and stay again soon.

AustraliaOffered a free pick up from the Port to the hotel on arrival (as well as dropping me off again at check out) Panos then offered a free room upgrade to the Sunset wing which was awesome. Facilities are incredible - 3 pool areas each with attached bars and jacuzzis. Had dinner at Koozen the attached restaurant (where the buffet breakfast served is in the morning) and the food was immaculate at a reasonable price for pretty fine dining. Room service, great wifi, awesome shower, massive bed everything you can ask for. Shout out to Kostas and Vasilis for their great help throughout as well as great conversation. Will be returning someday.

The Aeolos Resort is top notch. We found it the best place to stay when visiting Mykonos. You will read a lot about the owner Panos and his unbelievable hospitality in other reviews. We can proof that every word is absolutely true, and it is amazing to experience it yourself. Panos and the entire team live the philosophy “Enter as strangers & leave as friends”. They are always available, engaged and so super kind, they spoil you every minute. Don’t hesitate to ask, they will do their best. George, one of the great team members of the resort - started our wellbeing with the limousine service from the ferry to the resort (free of charge). Panos welcomed us personally and we had a first glimpse of the hospitality we experienced for the next week. We stayed at the sunset wing, and it was mind blowing. The room was spotless, stylish furnished and with a breath-taking view over the city of Mykonos and the old harbor. The pool area is spacious with daybeds, umbrellas, and some hot tubs. There is a pool in every section of the resort, at the main building and at the daylight wing. Every pool area has a great bar where we got excellent drinks and great service for the hot tubs with towels. Grab a drink from the bar and enjoy sunset from the pool area of the sunset wing. It is stunning. The resort is in a walkable distance to the old town of Mykonos, where we found great souvenir shops, cafes, and restaurants. The small and narrow streets are a must see but we were happy to be a little out of the busy center of the old town. There are many opportunities for restaurants all over the island. We highly recommend the restaurant Koozen at the resort for breakfast and dinner. Great food, excellent wines, and best service from Panos and his team. The chef is top-class. Enjoy the breakfast buffet and have a wonderful start into the day. It comes from the bottom of his heart when Panos greets you with great pleasure and sometimes he surprises you with a drink.

Owner of the hotel Mr Parlos was very welcoming and friendly. He upgraded our rooms to suites for free, he organised for us to be picked up from the airport free of charge and would organise to drop us off in town when we're going out in to the town for free. Maria and all the staff at Aeolos resort were very nice and friendly. We had a fantastic time at the resort and plan to go there again. The food was beautiful at the resort too and facilities at the hotel were exceptional, warm pool and very clean rooms as well as the compound. Lovely for families and children

I can highly recommend Aeolos Resort in Mykonos :) It is the "what can I do for the Guest" type Hotel. The Director, Team members were fantastic, very kindly and helpfull in all time. Room, shower and toilette are very clean and bigger as usual. Hotel area is nice and relaxing. I went to the town on walk every day, back way to the top was long for me but I enjoyed the view during my way :)

AustraliaAll good reviews on this boutique luxury resort are true…. If you are looking to stay at Aeolos whilst on Mykonos - try to stay longer! The friendly environment from all staff is a credit to the management The views and sunset pics are world class. Incredibly relaxing because of the fantastic rooms, amazing staff and delicious food. We booked a pool view room and they were generous to offer us a choice to upgrade. We walked to the Windmills for dinner but realised the food is much better quality at the resort restaurant (& you can have room service) We hired a moped to see the beautiful beaches and it was a luxury to return to the quiet & peaceful resort which is still close to everything. We will be recommending this resort to all our friends.

United StatesNothing really, but the walk to the port was a bit far and challenging for me because my torn meniscus in my knee was acting up. Parking and driving to the old Port was horrendous to be honest. Went to Paradise Beach, great experience but beware of the DWI checkpoints, waited in traffic for over an hour.
The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

Firstly, the customer service is incredible. We were a group of 6 girls, welcomed on arrival by friendly staff including the owner. We were collected from the port for free and dropped at the airport at the end of our trip for free. We were offered a free upgrade to the sunset wing, which was much appreciated! But my absolute favourite was drinking bubbles in the jacuzzi at sunset whilst listening to the saxophonist play for an hour. Absolutely magical!

United StatesThis is a 4-star property and a good value for it. The one thing that is a bit of an issue is that it is on a steep hill. It is easy to take downhill but it isn't very pleasant to climb and at night it can feel a bit isolated. Definitely take advantage of the lovely service offered by the hotel to drop you off in town and sometimes even arrange to have you picked up. Taxis are horribly expensive so that hill is something to take into consideration. I don't mind walking (it takes about 15 min downhill and 25 uphill, haha) but for someone with knee/walking issues, it can be a problem.
The warm and generous welcome by the owner made a great first impression and somehow his style and kindness have been transmitted to all the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with. The place is kept clean and is efficiently run. The food is great, the rooms are nicely appointed, the pool areas are all pleasant. Mostly you are so well received and treated that you can't help but have a lovely time.
