wanted to stay for longer!

We had an amazing stay at Anthonas. Chris & Lia could not have been more welcoming, from before we even arrived with a super helpful welcome text, to a wonderful check in experience. We stayed for a week and each morning were greeted with a beaming smile and great chat, as well as a delicious and filling breakfast (including a hot beverage, orange juice, and THREE courses of breakfast; Nutella on brioche, fruit salad and fresh bread and preserves for example). The turn down service offered by the cleaning staff was better than I have experienced at a 5* hotel. With daily mopping of the floor both inside and out on the courtyard, bedding changed daily, and even wiping down of the furniture. I cannot speak highly enough of the cleanliness of the apartment Chris & Lia have great contacts and recommendations on the island, including driver (Frank is the best!), restaurants, car hire and take out. The local restaurant is literally a 3 min walk from the apartments, and there is also a free delivery service (including 6€ frozen cocktails delivered to you!) meaning you can spend your time by the pool or take the short walk to Imerovigli. We loved staying here in the tranquility, but having easy access to Fira & Oia (which we personally found very busy and overcrowded). We stayed for a week, and often had the pool to ourselves. There are only 5 apartments - with a maximum capacity of approx 14 guests, it’s so quiet and private, we could not have asked for a better place to stay.

breakfast served outside your room every morning was fantastic! so delicious and scenic! the pool was amazing and refreshing after a long day of exploring. since the property is just outside of Imerovigli, there’s a restaurant that will deliver any thing you need for free! Kris was amazing and so helpful. he even got us a last minute transfer to the port for us. wish I can give this place a 15/10 because everything was so good. the room was cozy and was the perfect size and the AC is very strong but you can control it to the perfect temperature (which is great). it’s a great place if you want to sit pool side and relax all day long with good quality wifi.

Xristos and Lia were amazing hosts who made sure that we had an outstanding experience on the island. The maisonette apartment was perfect for our one week stay. The breakfast was lovely served on the terrace of each apartment.

Nothing, everything exceeded expectations

The main attraction of this property is his host Chris. Extremely helpful, he’ll guide you on how to explore the island depending upon your days in santorini, answer all of questions and help in arranging taxis even at the last minute :) Also, they undersell the breakfast. It was great, perfect meal for a good start of the day.

Perfect! Chris & Lia are very nice and friendly, ready to provide all the info about the island and guided tours. The Staff is gorgeous, location amazing, with a stunning view and pool :) breakfast is perfect, everyday different specialities and the studio facing the pool was super clean and comfortable. Hope to visit this place soon again :D

If you don't rent a car/scooter/quad, you would probably need a bus or taxi to get around more easily, it's a bit further from all the restaurants, shops etc. (however, the bus stop is nearby). The shower is a bit small.

Clean and spacious room, great breakfast, nice pool, very relaxing atmosphere. The bus stop is nearby (a few minutes on foot). The hosts were amazing! Both Chris and Lea were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer any questions. Chris gave great recommendations regarding activities on the island.

Loved every second of our stay. Airport transfer was organised for us coming off a late flight which was so helpful. The only thing better than the beautiful apartment and pool was Chris’ intention to make our stay the best it could have been. He provided us with excellent recommendations and made all of our reservations (securing us some of the best sunset view tables in the restaurants). Breakfast served by the pool was always delicious and so convenient. The apartment was lovely, clean and equipped with everything you could need. The pool area was pristine and had a gorgeous view over the sea. Unlike many hotels and apartments in Santorini, Anthonas provides a lot of privacy - with no passers-by able to peer into your pool areas or windows. Yet it’s still relatively close to amenities. Simply wonderful and would absolutely stay again.
