The apartment didn’t have a washing machine which would be a little bit inconvenient for a long stay.

Very modern and newly renovated. Location was very convenient to walk to restaurants and bars.

While there was Wifi at the property, it regular dropped out and as a result, we had to rely on mobile signal. Would recommmend improving connectivity in the apartment if possible.

Property had a lovely exterior and interior and reflected the pictures shown. There was a secure keypad to enter the building and all rooms in the property had their own individual air conditioning.

It's a beautiful designed apartment with lovely little touches like a stocked nespresso machine and water in the fridge. It's a great location waking distance to the old bridge and promenade with restaurants and Cafés. We'll be back again.

The only negative was that when the main door of the apartments was opened, the door to our unit would rattle quite loudly. It startled us into thinking someone was trying to open the door and it happened a few times before we realized what it was. Just keep in mind that tiny inconvenience and don’t spend time worrying like we were ! Perhaps an extra deadbolt might fix it.

The room was wonderful and so modern and clean. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with wonderful mattresses and pillows- not always a given in Greece. Even the pull out couch was very comfy. Kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. Tons of storage space.

There are two issues for us. First of all, something is wrong with the bed's foundation, as with your every move, it makes a very annoying sound (squeaky bed). The other issue has to do with the bathroom's design. It is not practical, and if you have a big body type, once inside, it is funny how difficult it is to get out!

We stayed for only a night (Room 202). The check-in process was easy. The location is very good - a 10-minute walk from the center of town.

The rooster crowing non-stop from 3am to 5am and the howling of the dogs. We didn’t complain to the hosts as I am sure this is out of their control. However my family & I hardly slept for the whole stay.

The only problem there is that there are at least 2-3 dogs, below or very close to the building that bark all time...While the neighbourhood is quiet these dogs are really annoying.

The apartment is renovated, modern, very well maintained, with very comfortable beds and very clean. The location is excellent, very close to the center of Chalkida. The communication with the host was very easy and clear.

The host was horrible, never answering the phone. I specifically booked appartment not on the ground floor- yet still got the ground floor. Host blamed booking.com. It was extremely humid, therefore very cold. Every piece of clothes got wet not to mention towels.

We were not able to sleep at all! There is a rouster right outside the window and is yelling all day long. NON STOP! When we asked for help from the host the answer was "We are used to it. Be patient."... We were here for 2 days, the fact that they are used to it means nothing to the guests. Also, we didn't have extra sheets, so we couldn't sleep at the couch (when we tried to avoid the rouster yelling). When we called the host to ask for sheets at 21:00 she answered "I am not at the hotel now. I ll bring them tomorrow.". How is it help full if you bring the sheets the next day??? We need the sheets for the night.
