We had a fantastic experience at the Athina Luxury suites! The staff was amazing (in particular Kaylee), we enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and in our own private pool/jacuzzi. We enjoyed a lovely lunch and a delicious breakfast in our private balcony. We also booked a wonderful couple massage in the spa. We just wished we could stay longer... overall, a dream-like experience! Thanks again

The hotel was very accommodating from when I initially booked until the day I left. Upon checking the hotel staff was wonderful. Our room was beautiful, the food was great definitely would give it a 10/10. The staff also went above and beyond to give us recommendations where to go to eat visit etc definitely would stay at this property again.

Loved my room, loved the pool and hot tub outside of my room. The mornings breakfast, the front desk staff and bar staff were attentive and helpful. I even had a cat come and guide me out my room all the way to checkout.

Style over substance; the cave suite (or whatever the name was) looked a little fake. It wasn't bad, really, just overpriced. Take into consideration the endless stairs - after the fifth time we had to climb them, they became somewhat of a nuisance.

The staff at the front desk and at the bar were some of the most polite and helpful people I have ever had to deal with. The view from the room was breathtaking (despite having to breathe in the fumes of the damned cruise boat that was at anchor for the whole first day!). I loved the bean bag chairs in the balcony!

- no change of pool towels - many steps to hotel but then again unavoidable

- amazing view of caldera from honeymoon suite - ⁠room was comfy and cozy - ⁠inbuilt speakers in the room - nice shower/rain shower - breakfast was really good and brought to the room with a news print - ⁠great hospitality from staff whom communicated through whatsapp and always greeted and chatted - jacuzzi with awesome view - ⁠had people to help us with our luggage during check in and check out (check out was super early in the morning and they still assisted) - ⁠complimentary wine bottle delivered straight to the room

One little red flag about the rooms (or at least ours) in the Honeymoon suites section which were quite noisy/ not greatly soundproofed. Other than that - nothing to report.

My sister and I spent an entire week at Athina Luxury Suites and we loved it. The beauty of the pool space, terrasses, the view and the professionalism and kindness of all of the hotel staff are definitely the main features of this hotel. We would totally recommend. All of the staff, from the reception to the pool staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team. Absolutely all of them had been amazing. Thank you so much.

Only tiny niggle would be that the sun loungers aren’t comfortable as un adjustable so hard to read or lie in front etc. such a tiny thing which could be improved but everything else perfect.

Wonderful hotel in centre of Fira with outstanding views. Staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to stay here! Food and cocktails all amazing
