We loved the hotel, perfectly located in the city center and near by all the tourist attractions! Olga supported us with everything, she gave us recommendations, took the time to explain and share with us local restaurants! The breakfast was amazing, every day fresh and homemade pastry, good selection of fruits and veggies, we loved our stay at this hotel!

The air in the room was not so fresh, but got better with the ac.

We really enjoyed our stay at Central City Hotel! The room and the breakfast was lovely and the cleanliness was absolutely exceptional! Olga was also fabulous as she recommended some great restaurants and taverns to eat at and we would have been completely lost without her recommendations. She is such a helpful person and just the kindest soul. We would definitely recommend this hotel for people looking to visit Chania as it is so near the beach as well as the town centre and the bus station for when you want to branch out! 10/10 would recommend, also perfect for couples :)

The hotel is located on a busy street, it can get loud sometimes. But their soundproof system works actually quite good.

The rooms are perfectly clean, the location is really good(you re just 3 minutes away from old town of Chania) and breakfast was also very delicious. But I want to give extra stars to staff. Each one of them was very helpful and attentive. They always had a wonderful smile on their faces. Special thanks goes to Olga who made our trip unforgettable with her recommendations. It felt like home from the moment we have seen her. I wouldn't even plan to go anywhere else in Chania.

- This is more of a personal preference - the pillows were too soft. - There was a slight smell from the bathroom pipes after a long day's closed room.

Room was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was in the back side so no noise from the street either. The location is right in the center as the name aptly represents that as well. It was clean and tidy. Breakfast was basic but nice. Eirini put her heart in making awesome pies. It was worth going to the terrace for the breakfast with lovely views and devlicious breakfast.

I would not recommend to stay in this hotel to people with light sleep or make sure you do not get room located to the street. The biggest minus for us was not being able to dry clothes (swimsuit and towels) because we did not have a balcony and the laundry line which is in the bathroom is useless because of humidity in the bathroom. I personally did not feel the need of safe in the room because the hotel is small and the staff is only few persons who you meet daily. If there was a safe tough, that would be a plus.

Overall review is 9/10. Hotel is very clean and nice. The steep stairs can be avoided by using the elevator. Rooms are modern and clean. Soundproofing windows are really good but you can still hear noise from the street. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I would like to make a shoutout to Mrs Eirini, who is the lady preparing the breakfast for the guests. Everything is homemade, fresh and delicious! The location is great for travelers. Bus station is 2 mins away with connections to many beautiful places. The main shopping street and Venetian port is 5-10 mins. The closest beach Nea Chora is about 15-20 mins by walk.

Wonderful stay in Chania with the best hospitality!! A very beautiful hotel! Clean, in a very convenient location!! Friendly and helpful staff. The excellent service provided by the ladies at the reception, Olga and Eleftheria, makes a special impression. They always had a smile on their faces to help us with whatever we asked for!! Olga even prepared a list of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations for us!! We will definitely choose it again on our future visit to Chania!

We had an early flight and came hours before check in, but the staff were very accommodating and gave us our rooms early. The breakfast is delicious and great value, especially for it being included. It felt that the staff all wanted us to have a great experience in Chania and were super helpful in terms of restaurants and other activities.

The translucent door to the bathroom made it a little awkward when sharing the room with a classmate.

Olga checked me in and she was so so wonderful. She was able to switch my room when I needed two twin beds instead of one double. She also gave me recommendations for where to eat and where to do laundry. An absolute angel, she excelled in hospitality and was just so kind. Thank you so much Olga! The location of the hotel is also perfect! Close to everything, including where the bus from the airport drops you off.

Roadworks and traffic in the street outside made it a little noisy though I slept well enough.

Excellent location for the old town and harbour. Very enjoyable breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice rooftop terrace which you could use even if the bar was closed. Bring your own beer from the kiosk across the road!
