Hotel is located 1-2 min walk to the port and bars&restaurants. Nice view from balcony Room is equipped with all necessary stuff for cooking. Room is cleaning daily and everything in bathroom is renewed daily.

The room was small. The bathroom was tiny. The bed wasn’t comfortable. There’s no elevator. The plumbing is old.

The outside of property is not very inviting and the lobby wasn’t obvious to find. We rented car from office which was suitable for exploring island but it had unexpected issue with headlight and windshield wipers which made night drive dangerous and challenging.

Once you get inside the rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was perfect. We had nice view of marina from room and small balcony.

Great location to catch the ferry at 5 am...very clean and practical with a nice touch. comfortable room with a small balcony electric kettle, kitchenette. The roof terrace facing the harbour is a great bonus!

The bathroom was a tad smallish, or rather felt so as the toilet was in a little nook. When asked for a towel to take to the beach, the otherwise helpful staff informed me that the towels are not to be taken outside. Now Chios has a number of beautiful beaches. But I don't think that many people pack a beach towel when travelling by plane. I found a solution with the Chinese textiles store around the corner, but an old towel that was too worn to be placed in the rooms but too good to throw out would have saved me a bit of hassle and would have made an even more positive impression. What I do have to criticise genuinely is, that the towels were exchanged for fresh ones every day. Not because I left them in a place that indicated I wanted them changed, but by default. Given how dry Chios is, how depleted the water supply, and that even in countries with abundand water, even hotels of higher categories will ask guests to use their towels for more than a day to save water and energy, this is a policy that ought to be changed.

CityPoint is located rather centrally, between the port and the old town. Since Chios city is located centrally on the eastern coast, and practically all the island is centred on Chios city, you are in a very good location to explore while still having bustling Chios' gastronomic and nightlife offers close at hand. Kindly consider however that close to the port means, you will be aware of the boats that arrive and leave and the commotion that creates, especially if you're a light sleeper. The hotel seemed to be rather new, decorated with good taste. The matraces were firm but very comfy, one of the most comfy beds I ever had in Greece. the shower was spacious. The staff were quite helpful.

There is a bit of noise from the port if you have the window open at night. To be expected I guess from the proximity to the port which is also a plus.

Location was great as we arrived at 9pm and didn't have to walk far with tired kids. Hotel was clean and there was coffee, water and toiletries provided. Staff were friendly and helpful

The stairs to the reception were like a trip to Everest and nobody helped us to carry our luggage.

City Point Chios has a gorgeous view, but it is right where the ships load and unload people. It is excellent as far as being on the boardwalk with access to everything you’d want to walk to though. Not all the staff were adept in speaking English, but the room was immaculate. Parking is difficult, but do not let that stop you from coming to this place. I would stay here again.

It’s in the port so it is noisy, from early to late - as can be expected. However, effort has been made with soundproofing and good curtains. But with all Chisp has to offer, this would not be a good choice for a long stay / exploration base.

Perfect location for the late ferry arrival. Very friendly reception staff, esp when there was a late-night issue with my key. Modern room with nice muted colours and an excellent shower.

It was incredibly loud due to trucks who are coming to the harbor to fill the cruises or to use the ferry. The noise of the engines was really annoying
