I was sleeping with a view to busy street, there were no sound isolation, you can hear everything, worst part was when loud motorcycles were driving past. At 24:00 someone turned on the washing machine which made noise like a old soviet tractor with a tank diesel engine.

I had to spend my first night sleeping in the dining room. My letter indicating the room was missing and there was no one to help me.

The property is located in a dangerous area. On my way there I showed the address to the controller on the subway. He told me that the station next to the hotel is truly dangerous and there’s a high chances of me getting robbed. I exit the train and took a cab. After check in I went out. The area is not in any way pleasant at night.

Bathrooms look dingy, no curtains on beds, lobby is too warm in the mornings (ac maybe didn't work). Didn't enjoy my stay. Should've stayed in another hostel :(

The little guests in my bed I found in the morning (bedbugs...) When I told then they didn't seem too surprised. They said they would clean again, they had them before. I guess it's more common when traveling around, but I wasn't happy with them.

I stayed at the single-room facility- the best one they offer. And I didn't sleep. They have serious bed bug problems, so if you are looking for a place to sleep, this is not an option! I think it's a basic a property we should be offering.

Two sockets near each bed and individual light! Excellent. The staff cleans every day (it's the guests who sometimes need a lesson or two on how to clean after themselves). Codes to get in the hostel and the room, storage. Reception closes early but you can message them if you need anything. Staff is nice and helpful, the location is perfect. They offer lockers with deposit outside the room for valuables and towels for 2 euros.

Bed bugs and people steal your things. You can’t leave food in the kitchen as it disappears and the permanent residents that stay are homeless bums who argue and constantly annoy you. They try to tell you how to be and what to do. You can’t make a drink and chill without one of these crazies being in your face. They interrupt you during conversation and have bad manners and social skills.

Location that’s it. But to be fair the whole of Athens is a dump so it won’t matter where you stay. It’s one big poop hole!! Shane really I had high expectations of Greece and the people.

They have bedbox and one guy who is 67 years old from Greece, who is complicating the life of the people, asking many things and trying to be authoritarian. Jorgos I think is his name. Bad experience, he is asking all the time when I will chal out.

They have bedbox and there is a guy from Greece working for the hostal who have around 65 years old who, who is making the life of many people very difficult. Asking things he shouldn't ask and creating a bad atmosphere.

Infested with bedbugs, most of the guests were complaining about the bugs. Seamed like they were in most of the rooms. The showers are way too tiny.

The bald man that has been there since forever and thinks he owns the business. Pervert, Loud, Rude, Bossy, Disrespectful,Awkward. He will ask you to do tasks that is not your job to do so, and.he will act like a security guard and ask weird and uncomfortable questions about you,your life, your job, and even ask about sex life. If you don't meet his expectations he will cause you trouble and won't stop bothering you along with a homeless junkie that won't stop shouting during all times of the day and late night because I think the bald guy is sparing her some money to go and get some, bot that I care but I suppose that is what's happening it's not a secret, everyone can tell. Those 2 people made my experience awful and when I decided to go on this hostel again they were both still there and they caused trouble on me because I decided to bring my laptop downstairs and they both won't let me work, or enjoy some free time, I decided to ask for a refund because of it and I am still not sorted out. This place services, cleanliness and quality of people that is involved with it is absolutely total garbage. Also bedbugs, duuuh.

No soul, staff didn’t care, rooms were cramped, bathroom was AWFUL. tiny toilets and even smaller showers, no privacy to shower or change.

Very noisy well past midnight despite the ‘silence after 11pm’ rule. Even after we asked people outside our room to be a bit quiet. Hardly slept all night. Walls are paper thin.

The rooms doesn’t have lockers, if you want one, you have to make a deposit ( they return it) and are outside the room, and they are not big enough to put your baggage inside.

Great location , close to center and there’s a metro station 200 m far that takes you to the airport
