Maybe it is me only, but I didn't feel safe in the location. There are many people walking around in the area who seem to be using drugs from the way they walk and act. There are many homeless also, but that was not a big deal. A word of caution, just nearby the hotel, there are many shops, one of them selling erotic magazines, which was not a good view especially that I was with my kids. My daughter was shocked with this view. Also, starting 10 pm till around 2 am, people are partying around very loudly. So, if you are wishing for a good night sleep, this hotel is not for you. We were surprized how people in the neighborhood do keep up with such noise at night.

Room was quite good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is a walking distance to shops and groceries. Quite a decent hotel.

Need to be renovated urgently and our basic room practically didn’t have daylight. City part of homeless and drugs abused people, scary a bit, but never had any problem with people on the streets.

The area looks a bit doggy, although it is quite central and safe. Just not relaxing. First I was put in a room with the shared balcony, which was closed with a billboard. So no view on the street or whatsoever. When I opened another window, there was a tube from ventilation system, right into the window… all the smells and noise. If I stayed in this room, my review would be different. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and changed the room. The other room was nice.

The fan turned on in the bathroom everytime I turned the light on in there and it made an awful sound. Bed wasnt very comfortable. My room was right next to the street, endless noise. I didnt say anything in reception, I dont know if they would have made any changes. I wont be going back.

The Hotel has dated decoration, which probably will be liked by some. Need to be aware of vagrants in the vicinity of the Hotel, but again that is something that all big Cities will have.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, close to the National Theatre, which was an added bonus. There is an elaborate spread of hearty breakfast. The room had an attached balcony, which was great.

Hotel rooms are noisy mainly those exposed to the street, windows are not sound proof at all! Beds & pillows are not that comfortable.

Location is very good,2min walking from Omonia square/station. By foot,you need 15 -20’ to reach Syntagma or Monasteraki & their surroundings. Breakfast was good, just what is needed. Good value for money. Family friendly.

I was not able to open the window, the mechanism is quite difficult to deal with.

The surrounding area is full of drug abusers any time of the day often seen in groups. Even though they didn’t bother us - it’s highly questionable whether women can travel alone or walking late night is safe.

Few minutes walk from the Metro, not too far from the centre. Good cafe/sandwich shop/bakery next to the Metro station (Omonia) open 24 hours. The food is great! Staff are friendly and happy.

Location is in bad neighbourhood, you can meet some homeless people, drug addict, buildings around are old, dirty and covered with graffiti. My room need to be painted and need a new floor.

Towels and bed linen were white and clean, bathroom was clean, breakfast was good. I think it is good value for money. 20min by walk from the centre, 30min from Acropolis. No need to use metro.

The location is really bad to stay with the kids as at the front door of hotel lots of heavy drug users spent they time and uses drugs when you pass by them. It was bad time for us as the hotel had young people big group and they had paries all the nights at the next room close to us. Hotel staff was helpfull to try to ask them keep quet, but it didn’t help.

The hallways are very dirty. There is a severe drug problem just outside the hotel doors. Lots of used needles and active drug use. The hotel staff call security regularly. I would not bring children.
