The pool was freezing cold and it is quite small. The spa was closed when I visited.

Location is superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. The view from the roof top pool was amazing.

Very nice pool area, nice food and friendly service. Very nice large and clean room with great view on 7th floor. Breakfast area needs some improvement with regard to service. Tables were not readily set when we arrived for breakfast.

I wouldn't say I liked anything at all.

This place is a little run down and needs some renovation work. I checked into the hotel and felt a very unfriendly environment. the vale was great, but the guys in the lobby were obscene. The room had a strange smell, and there was hair everywhere, including in the water tank of the coffee machine. I couldn't even see outside because of the dirt in the windows. I asked the guy in the lobby to change my room, but he said that the hotel was fully booked. I stayed one night in that horrible room, and the day after, it was my birthday. I didn't intend to spend another day in that room, especially on my birthday. I called customer service at booking.com and thanks to them they changed my room to a better one. The new space was airy and clean with a view of the Acropolis. The guy in the lobby didn't even apologize; they just handed me the key. I didn't receive any birthday wishes either, even if I reminded them that it was my birthday. On my check-out day, the girl in the lobby was more friendly. The gym was well equipped, though. they had excellent techno gym tools. I have a tiny chihuahua doggie, and they charged 30 euros a night for her, which is unbelievable. Dogs are only allowed to stay in the room, which is weird. They don't even give a bowl but charge 30 euros a night for a dog. I wouldn't suggest staying in this hotel unless you have no other place to sleep in town.

we have stayed here before, well eleven years ago. we loved it and that why we returned. this time we were really disappointed. this hotel is now primarily a conference hotel, this appears to be its main business and priority. during our stay there were several conferences ongoing. on our second day an airport style security system for entering the hotel was put in place. no warning, no explanation. rude security staff who threatened us when we questioned them. this spoiled our stay. the breakfast room was extremely busy and really noisy. staff were barely able to cope. it was not a pleasant experience. we would not return for leisure but if attending a conference it’s great. I have attended many and this is the kind of conference hotel you would expect.

the hotel is beautiful. it’s in a great location, close to everything a tourist wants to see in Athens. the roof garden and pool is great. we had a suite, room 525. it was stunning, very large and extremely comfortable. the public areas are lovely. the house keeping staff are wonderful. breakfast offering is very substantial.

The roof terrace with pool and bar, and Acropolis views, was excellent, The room was very comfortable with a great bathroom; the robe and slippers were lovely. Located a short walk from Evangelimos metro station, Pangrati and Kolonaki - which is exactly what I wanted - but if you are looking to see the sights in the centre, it is not as convenient
