Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MauritiusThis hotel is located 2 kilometers away from the main city attraction (Plaka district, Acropole...). The walk is ok because you got plenty to see in between (olympic stadium, war museum, botanic garden...) and you can take a taxi (5 to 20 euros depending on time of the day). This was not a problem for us but be aware of that.
Nice luxury hotel. We booked it mainly to get a swimming pool during our visit in August where temperature was very high. It is very refreshing after a day of visit. We got two twin rooms as a family with 2 kids 10yo and the rooms were awesome. The staff is amicable and pro. Top floor restaurant is delicious.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Divani purely based on a recommendation from my acquaintance, Liudmila Temciuc that works there. Previously, I had been staying at another establishment during my work trips to Athens, but Liudmila suggested I switch to this hotel for my work-related travels. For my initial stay, I booked three rooms and will be booking another three rooms next week, all for work purposes. I must say, the experience has been positive. The hotel staff is attentive and professional, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Liudmila has been most outstanding. Thank you Liudmila. I will use Divani every time I need a stay in Athens because of you. The rooms are well-maintained and offer all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable, which is essential for my work. Additionally, the hotel's location is convenient, providing easy access to various parts of the city. While I was initially hesitant to change my usual accommodation, I am glad I took Liudmila's advice. United KingdomWe felt the rooms were a little dated, considering the 5 star rating, but they were clean and the AC worked well. The shower could have had stronger pressure, and there were a couple of stains on the floor of the shower cubicle.
Wonderful breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Good size rooms with the and coffee making facilities. Bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Fantastic pool area with amazing views. We liked the bar and tables near the pool, so that we could eat and drink whilst keeping an eye on the children when they were in the pool.

United KingdomLast minute family getaway and we missed something in our quick booking. The reason we chose this hotel was the rooftop pool and restaurant area with views of the Acropolis. The pool had a retractable roof and seemed enclosed. Their own website said it 'operated all year round'. But alas, the entire area was shut tight. CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER UNTIL 1 MAY. Not even access to view the Acropolis. The website needs to clearly state the dates that it is not open. We had paid approx €1000 for a room, a gym and a downstairs bar. If not the pool, surely there is scope to open sections of this area during shoulder season? What a waste of prime space! An off-season room rate would also be welcome to reflect the lack of facilities.
Lovely hotel in great location with lots of good restaurants nearby and a Metro stop 5 mins walk. Easy access to the Acropolis, Syntagma, Plaka, etc. Good sized family rooms. The staff were first-rate, particularly duty manager Dimitri and bellboy Costas. They really helped smooth over our rocky start, as described below.
