The property was great, there was nothing that we didn’t like. However the shower in the en-suite bathroom was a bit tricky to use, it is above a huge bath with no screen and you can’t angle it so need to hold shower head, just a minor irritation! You just have to drive to find sandy beaches if you want them!

The villa(we stayed in number 10) is beautifully furnished and has a great outdoor area, a peaceful location and very private. The pool is great and there lots of different areas to sit in the garden. The outdoor bbq with outdoor sink is good to have and the indoor kitchen was well equipped, probably could do with another chopping board and better knife but that’s just a minor detail. Clean towels are provided a couple of times a week and pool is cleaned a couple of days in the week. We loved the peace and quiet, enjoyed seeing the visiting goats (who liked to drink from the pool and eat the grass) and we were happy to walk to Pefkos in the evening for drinks and food. A couple of small supermarkets are approx 10 months walk, and a nice bakery about 20min walk. beaches in this area are sand/shingle and a few rocks to negotiate in the sea, Plakia Beach was probably the easiest in walking distance, about 10 months walk walk or a 2 min drive with parking on the beach, a nice beach bar there and less rocks in the sea.

It would have been good to have some proper knives other than bread, butter and steak knives but not a major issue. Lots of ants and crickets but no fault of the villa of course, no way to control this and they are harmless! Extractor fan in downstairs bathroom also may need repairing as very noisy.

Beautiful villa, the pool was just perfect and the outdoor space is the perfect space to relax. The inside is pure luxury also and location is great. 20 minute leisurely stroll into Pefkos or a quick drive. The sea view was amazing to wake up to every morning. We also loved seeing the goats roaming the hills behind the villa 😅

The only minor drawback was related to the swimming pool. We noticed that light-colored swimwear became discolored and developed a yellow tint relatively quickly, possibly due to chlorine levels or other pool treatment chemicals. Dark-colored swimwear did not appear to be affected to the same extent. Unfortunately, two members of our group had recently purchased new swimsuits that were impacted during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend it to others seeking a relaxing getaway. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that can be enjoyed throughout the day. The outdoor areas were particularly impressive, offering a variety of comfortable seating and lounge options that allowed us to make the most of the changing sunlight and scenery. The attention to detail in the outdoor furnishings was evident, and the charcoal grill was a thoughtful addition that we greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped with the essential items needed during our stay. A few additional items, such as a large salad bowl and silicone cooking utensils for use with the non-stick cookware, would further enhance the experience. The villa is conveniently located, with restaurants and local amenities in Pefkos within approximately a 15-minute walk, while nearby beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The area offers a good selection of dining and entertainment options while maintaining a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for.

Everything was perfect. Just as the pictures and the description. We have forgotten the keys inside the Villa and the stuff were just great. They came and opened the door for us with a nice bottle of wine. We really recommend it if you would like have high quality service. We will come back.

There were a few minor issues: the kitchen was a little short on basic items like plates, cutlery, and mugs, and the garden and pool could use a bit of maintenance. We also noticed a small leak from the downstairs toilet and there was a lack of toilet paper provided, which was a bit inconvenient.

We recently stayed at this villa and had a really lovely time. The price was great for what we got, and the villa itself was beautiful — set in a stunning location with gorgeous scenery. The garden and pool area were lovely and made the stay feel really special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa’s decor was tasteful, the setting peaceful, and the overall atmosphere relaxing. With a few small improvements, this place would be absolutely perfect.

Toaster / kettle/ microwave are aged and very slow. These could do with replacing. We had an ant problem throughout the stay but managed to curb it( kind of ) with some sprays provided by Mike and a couple we purchased ourselves. We expected a few ants, here and there but this was a bad problem in the villa. We needed to clean all the utensils and pans and other parts of the villa on arrival. We also had some unplanned/ unannounced men come onto the property to fit a new light in the garden. This wasn’t requested and was not necessary during our stay. Could have been done a day later after we had checked out. Just meant we couldn’t use the pool for a couple of hours. Nothing major but worth noting.

Amazing location and a beautiful property. Perfect for our family. villa came stocked with some water, beer, wine & juice in the fridge. Close by to local village of pefkos. Comfortable beds. Good amenities. Mike was at the end of the phone whenever we needed him and fixed any problems In good time. Pool was well maintained through our stay. Fresh towels mid stay. Air con in all rooms was a life saver! Some very minor problems but most were sorted out in good time and did not affect our stay too much.
