This beautiful apartment is very well appointed in a great location in town, near the ferry, restaurants, and the castle and Ottoman bath house, everything walkable. It is modern and decorated really nicely. We had a large room with a balcony, which was pleasant to watch the ferries come in and the sky over the port. The host was very communicative and helpful. Great stay. (But keep in mind parking in Chios town can be challenging.)

The WiFi connectivity was unreliable, with frequent drops in connection. The air conditioning unit failed to provide a comfortable cooling experience, instead functioning more like a gentle fan.

The apartment is ideally situated, near to the ferry port and surrounded by excellent restaurants just a short stroll away. The apartment is stylishly designed and offers a comfortable stay. Our host, Irini is responsive, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Despite there is no reception area, check-in and check-out were easy, thanks to clear instructions provided. We also appreciated the convenient storage facility available for late-night departures.

A very minor issue but the drains in the patio sometimes diffused an unpleasant smell at times. It was not noticeable inside the apartment yet it prevented us from enjoying the lovely patio.

Very chic and cosy, excellent spot yet very quiet and away from the city crowd and noise. The apartment had everything we needed. It was spotless.

- The owner is a very tasteful archtiect so the design of the property is very nice. She is a very helpful person. - Daily cleaning. A big thank you for the lady who is doing the daily cleaning. - Room has all the amenities, we could find everthing in the kitchen. - Location was very central. Right around the corner there are very nice restaurants and a small convenience store. - Parking might be a little hectic especially during the high season but in maxium 5 min walking distance you can find a place.

Very very clean. Friendly and helping staff. Free Wifi. Very good conditions in the toilet and shower. Free coffee water and etc. Ferry 3 mins, center 1 min walking. Very good location. Easy checkin easy checkout. I highly recommend this place!

The design of the property, all furniture, all utensils, everything provided for the guests were more than fantastic! It is absolutely a perfect location to stay, extremely clean, the location is amazing. We regret not to stay longer in that place. The employees of the property are very welcoming and helpful. It got a little cold at night. I used the space heater and that was able to take care of that

I really loved everything about it,very homey feeling, the bed sheets were so clean and soft. The bathroom was also so clean and had everything i needed like the bath products, hair dryer, always plenty of towels.
