No facilities for tea and coffee in room and nowhere to dry towels etc. Not enough parking to allow for day guests. AC was not in best working order and there was a lot of wear and tear in general but I did visit end of season so I did expect that.

It is an exceptional location however you do need a car if you plan to leave the hotel as it is isolated. 3 pools and sea access which is nice.

The hotel was a bit tired and one of the stuff at the time was a bit rude, while the rest of the staff was lovely. Perhaps the person that was rude should learn how to speak nicely to guests, especially to Greek ones and not assume that we are lesser customers than the other European paying customers.

Location location location! Stunning! The hotel had good access to swimming pools as well in case the wind did not allow the guests to go in the sea.

No dryer at the room, just one plastic chair to sit in front of our apartment. No menu with prices during the dinner for the drinks. All the accomodation a bit old fashioned, poor not stable WiFi at the room. A bit dirty and old curtains.

Staff was excellent, trying to ne helpfull as much as possible. Location perfect for us, had nice time by the pool and walking around. Great buffet breakfast and dinner.

we were told that we can have access to the property facilities all day, but we were charged 10euro to use the sun beds. the sun beds and the water area was moldy and disgusting. no one seemed to clean those ever. bed was comfortable but the bathroom was old and didn’t seem clean.

The bathroom is bad, it seems it hasn't been reformed since the 80s. The staff is very nice and helpful but there's very few of them. Don't expect a Cretan/Greek experience but more of a resort one.

You have the opportunity to have access to an amazing hotel for a cheap price. The location cannot be better, the creek is simply amazing. The pool with the bar is very nice with incredible views. The room is big and nice, and the bed very comfortable. The buffet is surprisingly good. There's lot of cool activities. It looks like a 5 star resort that downgraded to 4 star. It makes it very good for the price.

The resort was very understaffed and out of date I believe things would have run smoother for check in and check out if they had better staffing. None of the administrative tasks were prompt but the staff was kind and they were doing their best.

The room was spacious and clean and the view was incredible. The food was so good, I was pleasantly surprised. The views were the best I have ever seen. The location next to rock climbing, scuba diving and swimming was beautiful.

Food was probably the worst I’ve ever had in a resort. looks like it was built in the 70’s and nothings actually changed since then, wouldn’t surprise me if the broken pool table still accepts drachma.
