I spent the whole day swimming in the sea. But usually the view from the window is important to me. It was on roofs and neighbor's windows(. But this is really a minor drawback.

Noting to mention, but we only stayed one night.

The location was great. Kardamena is very small, so it doesn't make a big difference where you stay. The hotel was located just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and close to a supermarket and other amenities

The only thing I can think of as negative, but positive for the apartment and everyone was that the magnetic key you have is used for electricity. And in the evening when you Come home you have to close the door in darkness which is a bit tricky, but then use the magnet to turn on the lights. On the other hand it makes it also safer. Cause it has its own kitchen ppl can't leave the apartment without the key, which means there will never be such a thing as an electric or fire accident.

The staff was super nice and I loved staying there. If I come back I would choose them again definitely and I would recommend staying there. You get your own kitchen with Waffel ion, watercooker, toster, forks, knifes... Everything! It's great! And not to mention how nice and helpful the stuff was no matter what I wanted to know. It's not their job, but they offered more then they needed! Lovely place to stay!

Bathroom was a bit small but we didn’t mind so much.

It was very close to the beach and restaurants- 3 min away to see the sea. As a location for just sleeping and showering it was good enough. Good location on the island if you want to drive around and see both sides of Kos island. Close to the airport.

- kitchen equipment (lack of sharp knife and wine glasses, toaster not working...) - the promised bottled water was missing from the fridge - due to a power outage, our things got wet in the fridge - uncomfortable spring mattresses - the balcony was unusable due to mosquitoes and no mosquito net on the window - noisy area, not really suitable for relaxation

- nice host - location (grocery, restaurants are nearby)

It was very windy those days, and on the top floor where i stayed the wind made a lot of noice through the not so modern windows. Just that, but over all everything else was brilliant.

There is a mini market litteraly next door. There are beaches on a 5 min walking distance and in 10 minutes you can walk to the village center and other beaches.

Angela is super friendly, the apartment was clean. The apartment was as we expected. It is mandatory to pay in cash because she doesn't have a POS machine. The price of booking doens't include air condition (5 € per day) and safe (7 € per day).

Air conditioning was payed extra 7 euro per day. Most of the day we have been out and in this time air conditioner was not working as electricity years switched off, which is unfair if you pay extra for this and coming back to hot room

my room was at the ground level so I miss some view and a more open-air position.

Angela, the owner, is a super kind and helpful. the hotel is in a very good position, super close to the sea and the restaurants but far enough to avoid noise and all the people. the room was cozy and good for my one day stay. I liked a lot having a shower big enough to stay comfortable.

The cleanliness. The bed sheet have not been changed .The mosquito's net had many holes so in the morning we had plenty of mosquitos bites.

The Tiny bathroom you needed to be contortionist to get in and out of the bathroom and shower was head was broken
