The property has great bones, it just needs a revamp. Breakfast was basic. Given most of the guests were English, I think it would be a good idea to provide English/black tea.

The location was good, great restaurant nearby - Paradise Beach. Staff were friendly. It was clean and good sized room.

First impressions good, but the staff in the restaurant were awful. We put it down to lack of training. Awful service and not very good English, which you need in hotels with a large number of English staying. The food was dire. Both my steak and my husbands salmon were over cooked and very dry. We ended up leaving it. I would recommend this hotel only if you don't eat dinner here. The breakfast was good though

The only option available was half board. I'm sorry to say (because they were so lovely) that the food was really not good. They were so kind and made special meals for the vegan in our group, but the cooking wasn't good (not unsafe or unclean, just not tasty). The place is on a very steep hillside, so it's not great for people who aren't fit or have difficulty walking. There is a lift, but even that is some stairs up. It's possible, just not ideal. When we arrived one toilet didn't work and the key didn't work, which was frustrating as we'd travelled 13 hours - this should have been done beforehand. But they fixed both quickly and we didn't really mind.

Lovely hotel, overlooking the water. We wanted a second room for our adult daughter, so ended up with a villa with a private swimming pool. The villa was big and beautiful with a large terrace and the view extraordinary. Wonderful, smiling staff, great choices at breakfast (including vegan). Walkable to a small fishing village, and Sami, the caves and other beaches are all within a 20 minute drive. Property is about 45 minutes from Poros port and 10-12 from Sami.

The same feature that affords stunning views makes for steep hills and many flights of steps to access the communal areas and the pool. There are two external lifts to help with the slog, but when we visited only one of the lifts (thankfully the one we needed!) was working.

The location is stunning, and the hotel, set as it is literally on a cliff face, gives wonderful views of the bay. There is parking on site. Breakfast was varied and substantial, offering hot food, typical Greek sweets, cakes and pies, cereals, fruit, juices and hot drinks.

2-3 lifts required to get up to accomodation. Not very good for those with trouble walking to get back from the town.

Beautiful hotel with lovely swimming pool. Lovely little beach (down steps) with Taverna close by. Caught taxi from Sami (taxi rank available) much cheaper than hotel or booking.com quote.

We had difficulty checking in, because the reservation was not transmitted. As an apology the manager upgraded us to the best room available and by the next morning everything was sorted out. They really go above and beyond. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the also have a big and delicious breakfast

rooms needed updating especially the bathrooms. walk from the swimming pool to the toilet was up quite a few stairs.

We went the last week of the season, which meant that it was a very peaceful stay but still great weather. However, the trade off was that the food in the restaurant was a bit more limited in range as deliveries from the mainland had ceased.

Breakfast was excellent. The location is fantastic…on the edge of a very pretty coastal village. We really liked the fact that it was on a hillside with superb views. Fabulous pool.

the general upkeep of the hotel external areas is lacking and in need of some repairs and also the bathroom facilities in the room (superior sea view) are tired and need updating. As were end of season there didnt seem to be enough staff and the bar wasnt staffed. The main issue with the hotel which some will find a big issue is the climb up from the car parking area, to the rooms. There is a lift I understand but not conveniently located. But we would stay again if in agia efimia. Its also about a 7min stroll down to the village but that was fine with us.

Hotel is in an amazing location and all rooms have incredible sea views. Room was spacious with good comfy bed.

Food at the hotel wasn't great, we had half board but decided to go elsewhere for evening meal on our second night - however the waitress was lovely! Bathrooms were a bit outdates, but not an issue.

Great location with stunning views! The staff were lovely and very helpful, even offered us free late check out. The pool was great, super clean with plenty of space for everyone. Nice big rooms which were very clean.
