The staff in kids club who wanted me to leave my child alone with them when she was insecure and needed me to stick around. Old school way of looking at children. To expect them to be alone with strangers and look with angry eyes at the parents who want to stay and support their child. Selection of wine was not very wide and prices very high.

The bed was much too soft. It is understandable that there cold not be an option to choose from, but it could be at least a little more firm/hard.

Location is close to urban area (30min walking), although it feels that the property is completely surrounded by nature. Design is minimal and charming, a lot of beautiful plants everywhere. the sand beach is rocke at some areas, but there are also completely sandy areas too. the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, Staff ist so friendly and very supportive. I forgot my sunglasses on the beach one evening and couldn't find them in the lost and found box on the next day. But the staff member at the beach hut was so smart to search them in the bags of dirty towels from yesterday and we found them there. Thanks again! Or only issue was with the too soft bed. We prefer firm beds and this one was one of the softest we ever experienced.

there isn’t anything we can really say, the season was ending so they were closing and we didn’t get to try everything but that is no one’s fault.

this place was absolutely beautiful and one of the most of not the most relaxing stays we have ever had. the staff were the most friendly and welcoming people we have ever met and the food was absolutely amazing. we would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone!

The vast majority of guests are families with small children, which was not an issue for us, but is good to know.

Great design, use of space and beautiful furniture compatible with the region. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The premises are large and offer a variety of activities.

Great buffet all kinds of food, everything fresh and nicely arranged. The service was great. The terrace is big and enough places in the shadow.

The stuff was not always professional

Great hotel with a private beach. The water was amazing, clean and warm. Great breakfast, different options for dinner at the hotel. We had a great time at the cinema under the open sky. The bar area was quiet big to have a great time talking and not being disturbed.

The beds were too soft and it would have been nice if the room was a little more spacious.

We loved the atmosphere, the service, the design and style of the hotel and attention to detail. We were especially impressed by how the hotel accommodates for both adults and children in such an elegant and balanced way. We would definitely book this hotel again!

The rooms were quite small and the rooms were not very separate (tricky if you’ve got multiple young children who wake at night), it would be great if there were more food options for children. Generally the food was quite expensive.

Really brilliant for young families, but still feels a bit discerning. Lovely swimming pools and beach. My little ones made lots of friends and there was a plethora of things for them to do. Everything is designed with children in mind, which makes it much more relaxing for parents.

Everything! The cleanliness, the people, the rooms, the beach, the pools, the restaurants. The relaxing, laid back vibe. Always somewhere to sit, rest, eat. The staff are amazing Andreas in the main bar and his team are wonderful, friendly people. The staff at the beach bar are super friendly. Cleaners are really good and assertive. Wonderful holiday! We will definitely be back again!

The grounds, facilities, rooms, food and service was exceptional! On a lovely beach perfect for couples and families, with a variety of dining options and excellent breakfast buffet and/or dinner option.

The prices of the food and drinks was a bit expensive. As we needed to eat everyday, i think it was a little overpriced. But we still liked it.

Amazing Hotel experience! The design, the thinking of every detail, it really felt warm and cozy. We had a great time. Loved the pools, the Italian restaurant, the kids club, the cats cafe, the organic garden was a bliss. Loved everything!

We loved our stay and don’t have any complaints.

We loved our stay and how comfortable the hotel was for us as parents of a 3.5 year old. Our daughter loved the pools and the gardens, as well as the beach. Also, the Little Explorers kids club and the kids nightly disco made it extra special for her. These details made it easy and relaxing for us. The food is quite good and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, which had enough variety that we didn’t get bored. Our room was nice and private. We stayed in a garden bungalow and it was the right size for us and comfortably designed.

In the direct surroundings of the hotel there is not much to do. Rent a car or bike. Plenty of thing to do within 5/10 min drive.

I didn’t love the location. There was not a lot to do outside of the hotel on this side of the island.

We loved this hotel. Everything was really nice and the food was wonderful. The beach is nice and only a few steps from our room. This is the perfect place if you just wish to relax by the pool and beach with the family and eating delicious food.
