Rooftop bar had an amazing view of the Acropolis. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly, bathrooms were spacious (probably just smaller than the room itself). Blockout curtains were really effective, and staff were really helpful in giving food suggestions. Each day they would post in the WhatsApp group about Greek food specialities and places to go see.

The pillow in my bed pod is quite flat and the A/C could not reach to the bed pod where I slept. Wi-Fi is quite slow in my room.

The staff were very nice and helpful. In the hostel WhatsApp group, they suggested a nice place. During my trip to Athens, there were train and metro strikes, they kept updating us about it and helping us to get a taxi or a bus to get to the airport. The location is very near the train station and tourist places. It has lots of good restaurants nearby. It also has a rooftop bar where you can have drinks. The toilets were clean. They separate the toilet room from the shower room in the room.

- It is super noisy from the street even if you close the window, however, I liked that the hostel provides a free ear plugs, with ear plugs it was so quiet, I didn't hear any noises, even though I have really light sleep. - They don't provide a towel, you can rent a towel I think for 5 euros, I didn't like that. I really believe getting a free towel even a small one, is very essential, I was never asked to pay for a towel before!

- Location is 10 out of 10 , only 10 mins walk to all attractions. - The hostel and the room are clean. - It was so helpful to have AC in the room!

There was only one hook to hang clothes or my bag next to the bed, at least one or two more hooks would have been better.

I like how the spaces are designed: privacy is guaranteed and the toilet are always available even if I was in a 8-beds room. Cleanliness is ok and the location is super. The rooftop is an extraordinary plus

The facilities are a little run down (shower and bathroom areas). It is in a busy area of the city, so quite loud in the evenings (including the noise from its own rooftop bar!)

Great location and easy to find. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and not far from the main attractions of the city. The rooftop bar has a nice view of the Acropolis.

Comfy beds. Excellent location and very cool roof top bar with glamorous view. If you are travelling alone try to get socialize with the other peoples. Thank you mosaikon !!

The kitchen area was not air conditioned as well as the bedrooms.

I like how the beds are like a pod so nobody can see you and less noise when you are sleeping. Also the 2 toilets and 2 showers split between 3 bathrooms for 1 room was great. The group chat was also good for meeting new people.

Wifi did not work in my bunk and even with the a/c on it felt humid in the room sleeping.

Amazing rooftop and views! Spacious rooms and cute balcony. Separate toilet / sink from shower area. Great staff and prompt to address concerns (a/c was out in my room and by the time I got back a few hours later it was fixed and much cooler).

Best Hostel I ever stayed in. Rooms are cleaned every day, the location is just perfect, beds super comfy and private. Definitely coming back if I ever visit Athens again. Give it a go !

Kurilos and Panos at the front desk were so warm and welcoming, and did everything they could to ensure we had the best experience in Athens. Completely changed my perception of the city. Great job Mosaikon. The facilities were both modern and flawless. We appreciated the privacy shade on the hostel beds and USB charging ports. Safe to say, we will definitely be back!

Not much flexible regarding the booking.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Beds with curtains that provided privacy. Locker was spacious and use the same card that opens the room door. Breakfast was OK.

The hostel is fantastic. Everything is clean and new, the beds are super comfortable and private. The staff are super friendly and willing to help with any questions. There are plenty of bathrooms in the dorm. The rooftop bar is a great place to catch the sunset and meet people.

I didn't dislike anything. My stay was perfect.

Everything was amazing during my stay. The staff especially were all the most accommodating, friendly and kind people, and helped me with any questions I had, and went above and beyond in giving me help for some Greek bureaucratic trouble I had during my stay. It was my first hostel experience and it was a great one, with a great bed, shower and bathroom, cool dorm, great security for your personal belongings, lovely common areas and rooftop bar, and great price. I would recommend just for the hospitality alone.

The place was actually amazing and I thought I was walking into a 4 star hotel. The staff were that professional and went above and beyond to help you. Nothing was a trouble. Everything about the facilities were no. 1 and certainly on my return to Athens that will be my first choice of stay. Thank you guys for all your help. Rosalind
