How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There is a bar in the ground floor and my room was just above it , I could not sleep all night because of the loud music and DJ, till they don’t stop till 5 AM where I only managed to sleep, not the hotel fault but a thing to mention for people who wants to sleep
Super nice and clean, and it is exactly in the center , little mins distance to everywhere Anna the host was so cute and helpful , I did the fastest checkin and checkout in my life in around 3 mins, the room is so spacious and modern, and the shower is huge like a big sauna room..

A little bit loud, not their fault though
Everything is amazing about this place and Mykonos in general :) But the kindness of the staff, the location is 10 out of 10. You could use some earplugs if you plan to go to sleep before 4am but if that's not a problem, this place is the best. Is my second time in Mykonos and I booked the same accomodation

I absolutely loved this hotel! Central location, spacious rooms, everything was brand new, clean and neat. The beds are big and comfortable, you have all the bathroom amenities as well. Complimentery free water and coffee pods every day which we loved! Definetely will return to this hotel whenever Im in Mykonos! The staff is very attentive, they respond to your requests in a matter of seconds. They helped me find a rent a car, and good breakfast places. Thank you 🇬🇷

I don’t usually leave a comment to the hotels. However, this place is beyond perfection. The location is excellent. You have everything, all you need to do is walk for like 1-2 minutes. The staff is amazing. They help you with reservation, transfer and everything they always reply. They are extremely helpful. Room is huge, super clean, super nice and cozy. I cannot recommend this place more. I could have stayed forever. Amazing place! Looking for next year’s trip already.

The place is gorgeous. We got a room on the top floor with a private balcony overlooking the garden and the restaurants below. The place was spotless clean and really nice. The bed was also super comfy. The staff was very loving and accommodating and helped us also with the airport transfer. The location is right in the city center, next to the Dior shop. The music from the restaurants below will be heard in the room at night, but if you are a hard sleeper like us, you won't mind.

Mykonos is a party place and I didn't know music would go so late. But earplugs and a white noise machine and I was fine. This isn't NOT the fault of the property.
The pictures don't do it justice. It was such a beautiful room. And it is located in the heart of town. In all the places I stayed this trip it was the best. I loved my stay.

The downside would be it’s very central so was a little awkward to get to with big luggage as cars couldn’t get to it so we had to walk through the town dragging our baggage and there is a restaurant under the hotel which is very loud until late.
Very central and the most comfortable bed in the world. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed including a balcony. The staff was also super helpful and organised us a taxi to take us to the port when we needed it.

VERY small details like nowhere to hang your towels in bathroom and soap/shampoo dispensers were not full. Also you get only 2 Nespresso capsules … a few more would have been nice!
The location is FANTASTIC! Amazing restaurants literally steps away!! Sound proofing in the room was great so even tho it faces a busy pedestrian street … hardly any noise heard inside! Very spacious room!!

It was right in the centre of Mykonos town, could not fault the room , daily housekeeping. We are a couple in our 60’s with heavy luggage and we were on the first floor, and the lovely Anna carried our luggage up to it and they also organised for someone to take our luggage down when we were leaving to the taxi pick up spot. We had a problem with fridge and a new one was delivered and they put 4 beers in it for us. Perfect accommodation and hosts. They also organised transport to and from the port

You can hear club like music in the room quite late at night. I am not too great getting to sleep with any noise, but with earplugs, you couldn't hear the music at all. I would stay here again.
It was a beautiful room. Very clean, we were able to check in early and, after check out, could leave our bags on the property. The balcony was so nice to spend our mornings and evenings on. We came just before the summer season started so it wasn't too busy, loud or crowded. Great location, close to all the shops and restaurants and public transport.

The stairs up to the second floor. It would be better if there were an elevator.

The lift is not yet working.
The room is clean and its newly furnished. Location is nice as well as its nearby to little Venice and Mykonos town centre. Definitely will come back.

Slightly cold for the period, stair lights turning on mid-flight, thin walls, no elevator.
