Have stayed twice before and would highly recommend for anybody wishing to be in the heart of the old part of Chania. Once you leave the street you arrive in an inner sanctum of peace, so have the best of both worlds.

The hotel is in the old town, so a very good location for eating out and, although there is a bar nearby the rooms are well isolated and quiet. Breakfast is very homely and served in a beautiful courtyard.

The only thing I could say would be that as we had room number 1 in the courtyard, we didn't have a lot of light in the room. But that's really a detail, the room was very good, very spacious.

Location was great, right in the old town and by the old harbour, but in a quiet street. The staff was great, they sent very clear instructions as to how to come to the hotel, how to find it, and as we arrived late, they explained clearly how to get the keys to the room. The room was spacious, the hotel was lovely, breakfast was delicious. I'd highly recommend this hitel.

Quiet location but close to the harbour and nestled in the old town. Pretty streets full of quirky shops. Delicious breakfast after our late night arrival. Fagotto bar round the corner was the perfect night spot for a digestif.

Wonderful stay in historical neighbourhood . Ideally located near the old port and close to local beaches. Fantastic staff and excellent customer service. Spotless presentation.

The only problem was the noise from a restaurant in the street below, but that is hardly the hotel’s fault!

Beautiful hotel ideally situated in a very convenient location close to the Maritime Museum, restaurants, cafes and shops in the Old Town, near the harbour. Excellent breakfast featuring a range of food which we had in a beautiful, enclosed courtyard. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and our second stay in another bedroom was very quiet. Nice toiletries and very clean. We appreciated the rooftop terrace with a nice view of the old town.

It is a bit noisy due to the restaurants and bars nearby. Nothing the hotel can do about and you don‘t hear much when the window is closed.

Hotel Off is located just inside the old town in Chania and close to the waterfront, beautiful restaurants and interesting wine bars and authentic shops. The hotel is an old Venetian building and reflects the beauty of this part of Crete’s Venetian history. Each room is differently furnished and beautiful, our breakfasts were fresh and served in the hotel’s courtyard. All the staff are really helpful, friendly and added to our stay.

Only concern was beds - we reserved two beds on Booking.com, but only one double bed upon arrival. Bed was super comfy tho, still had a great sleep!

Location in the Old Town couldn't have been better. Just a short distance from where taxis drop you off, into the most picturesque side street. Lovely staff and breakfast is divine in a beautiful outdoor setting.

I needed a hiking stick to do the Samaria Gorge hike, I mentioned this to the staff. Ther next morning there was one hanging on my door.
