How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Limited street parking available at front. Bed was soft although not a problem for us.
Convenient hotel on main street close to shops and restaurants. Rooms at back have views from the balcony down to the sea.

Street parking only on a narrow one way street.
Place was dated but well kept and clean. Fair price considering this is a BIG tourist spot. Breakfast was light (only eggs were hard boiled, only meat was plain cold cuts), but okay. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

the view was magnificent. The bed was really comfortable, air conditioning and a really good breakfast. You walk to the archeological site in less then 10 minuter.

If the shower fixture could have been fixed to the wall, same in both bathrooms.

The hotel was well located and easy to find, cozy and super clean. One can park for free in front of the hotel, however there is limited space and one may have to park approximately 300meters away, in a public parking space. The archeological site and the museum, as well as the local market and restaurants are within walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds, big screen tv and a balcony with splendid view. Wi-Fi was available and with fast connection at every space in the hotel. Breakfast was ok, with slightly limited options. The elevator is convenient for carrying the luggage and for personal use. The host is very polite and always happy to help! We found the hotel and the experience well-valued! Overall, we would highly recommend it!!

The rooms need some renovation or at least refreshing of the furniture. Even though the breakfast was good and with fresh products, I missed something homemade, like scrambled eggs, pita, or at least a French toast... For some reason I always expect such food in family hotels... And the worst about my experience with this hotel was the constant unpleasant smell in the bathroom... I'm not sure if it was just in our room or in the whole hotel, though...
The location of the hotel is perfect - a walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the Archaeological Site and the Archaeological Museum of Delphi. Don't hesitate to choose a room with a panoramic view, you won't regret it as the view to the Mountain of Parnassus and the Gulf of Corinth is simply breathtaking. The rooms were very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable.

For three persons the room was a little small. The WiFi signal was poor in our room

The bathroom can’t have been more than 1m x 1m with a tiny shower where the curtain didn’t even go round it. You could only use the hose, there was no hook to put it on the wall so the floor got soaking. The wifi is free but very poor too, frequently failing or logging you off.
This hotel is a really mixed one. The views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking (do pay the extra, you won’t regret it!!). The room was spotless and the bed comfy. Breakfast was nice too.

Location is excellent. View from the balcony was exception. Cleanness of the room and bathroom was impeccable. The room was equipped enough for short stay. Hotel staff always at hand. Breakfast is very well.

No off street parking - we were lucky to find a spot in front of the hotel. Poor ventilation in the bathroom, which was made worse by being on the top floor in the middle of summer. a bit moody air con.
Great location within walking distance of the Archeological site and the restaurants. also in the flat part of the Town - you won’t have to walk uphill unless you choose to (save your strength for the Site). Very comfortable beds. Simple but nice breakfast.

Loved everything about the Pan Hotel.
Very friendly staff. Beautiful view. I left some clothes behind. The manager went above and beyond to send my clothes to my next travel location. I am extremely grateful for all that they did for me!
