Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CyprusTwo flights of stairs to the room and no lift. Also could hear other guests going up & down the stairs sometimes in the night which is not good for sleeping. Also was difficult to have a siesta in the afternoon before going out for dinner because the owner was very slow at servicing the rooms sometimes late afternoon.
The location of the property was excellent right in the Plaka area. Excellent location for restaurants and the historical sights. Breakfast was good also.

South AfricaWould have loved a duvet on the bed but slept well anyway with the aircon on.
Much bigger and more spacious than expected. The host left us all the things we needed to make our own breakfast the next morning and the selection was fabulous. The host also did not mind that our ferry was late and came and opened up almost three hours after we were supposed to arrive. The high ceilings and the green and white interior is beautiful and nicely finished with the golden taps in the bathroom and the detailed architraves around the doors. Such a light and airy apartment. The area is also awesome, so close to the Monasteriki and walking distance from the train station.

Location was perfect, facility is safe and secure. My sincere thanks to Kristopher who really chasing me before my arrival, I landed mid night and reached room 1:00 am and we was waiting for me to receive. AustraliaChristos went above and beyond any normal hotel host to make Pandrosos a great stay. It might not be a luxurious 5 star hotel, but it's like being welcomed into a loving long lost family home (though fully private) and provided with way more than you could ever need. Various types of food - eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, fresh fruit, dried fruit, museli bars, juice, coffee, tea, milk, water.. even wine was provided, all in excess and was quite unexpected. The location is amazing and the atmosphere in the surrounding area is fantastic. If you don't choose this place to stay, you're mad!

The room was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. We had a rich breakfast everything day and Mr. Christos took care of us and helped with everything we need. I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a luxury vacation at a reasonable price.

United Statesnothing. very very happy. in fact, we canceled another booking that we had made to book Pandrosos suites again after returning to Athens from a 5 day trip to Thessaloniki and Meteora. There is no elevator. There are 3 flights of beautiful wooden stairs. Elias carried our suitcases up to the room. We did not have a problem with the stairs. It might be difficult for some people with mobility issues such as the very elderly or pregnant. We are late 50-early 60 with rheumatoid arthritis and hip/ knee transplant for context.
location is perfect. very safe. clean. private. There appear to be 4 rooms with private bathrooms, spacious and we had a patio with partial acropolis view. daily cleaning. there’s a small refrigerator with milk, juice, water, cheese, cold cuts. There are jars with cereal, jam, butter, bread, eggs, toast , fruit etc. to do a self serve breakfast whenever you want. We were never able to finish the food but whatever we used was replenished daily. It is 2minutes walk straight down the street from monistiraki metro, about 10 minutes to syntagma. easy access by metro to Athens train station to travel to other cities such as Thessaloniki or kalambaka (meteora). Elias manages the property. He contacted me about the arrival time in Athens and was there waiting even though the train was a little delayed. We also followed google maps a round about way from monistiraki metro to the Pandrosos suites. Ask for specific directions from Elias as it is literally straight down the street from the metro. Elias showed us around the room, patio, bathroom, breakfast area, heat, air, nearby grocery stores, restaurants etc. Everything is right there or close by that you might need. You can walk to most main attractions or take the metro which is very inexpensive and efficient. I believe 1.2 euros one ticket or about4.10$ for 24 hours. There is no front desk as Pandrosos suites is not a hotel but managed rooms. Elias was always available by what’s app and quite frankly was better than any hotel reception desk. There was a snowstorm in Athens during our visit and he was in constant contact to make sure that we were okay and checking on our travel to Thessaloniki.

Christos, who cleaned the room every day was very helpful and friendly! He helped to arrange a car to the airport and replenished all the food for breakfast on a daily basis. The hotel is in a great location in the city center near a metro station. It's on a quiet pedestrian street. The bed was very comfortable and there were two rooms. The living room had a very comfortable sofa and there was even a Nespresso machine with capsules!

United StatesOur room was at top of 3 flights winding wooden stairs. Host graciously carried our suitcases. However if elderly or limited mobility—look elsewhere. It is a steep climb. This is not a hotel, no front desk, more B&B with host watching front door. also very small sign above door. Easy to miss on street.
Location in old town, next to restaurants and shops. room exactly as photo. clean, large, beautiful balcony and view
